Este hotel está perfectamente situado para un estancia en Ottawa, a 800 metros de pie a los edificios del Parlamento, el Memorial de Guerra, el Centro Nacional de Artes, el Mall Rideau y muy cerca del Garrerio Nacional de Arte y el Mercado de Byward . El hotel está situado en el centro de Ottawa, donde se encuentra el hotel de 4 estrellas. El hotel fue construido en 1972, pero está bien mantenido y mantenido super limpio. Y por supuesto ...CARSON, ¿qué puedo decir, es el Manager que todos los Managers deberían esforzarse por ser, muy cómodo! Gracias Ottawa Marriott ... vamos a volver pronto!!!

This was my first-time stay at reStays Ottawa. I booked four suites for a team business trip in April 2023 (2- and 3-night stays). Very glad to have chosen this hotel over my other go-to's! This is now my Ottawa favourite and I highly recommend it for the following reasons: - Value: Great for this calibre of amenities (spacious, new, clean, modern in-suite furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful provisions, terrific meeting spaces, public amenities - what a view on the 12th floor). Comfortable bedding for several nights of good sleep. - Service: Front desk staff (Josh, Mark) were very helpful with our requests. - Location: Excellent! Short walking distance to Parliament, Rideau Centre, Byward Market, etc. Whether for short or longer stays, I highly recommend this gem of a downtown Ottawa hotel.

We stayed in this hotel during our visit to Ottawa, surprisingly the rooms are quiet big. We got a twin queen size beds that could fit 4 people. There was a fridge in the room, which is a bonus. The bed was so comfy to my liking. The toilet was also huge and the shower was powerful. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was also good. The hotel staff was friendly and accomodating. Although, during check in there was some mistake from the receptionist, we requested few months ago a connecting room as were travelling with the family, but then she give the connecting room to other guest just 3 minutes upon we arrive. I think thats the only downside. There was a swimming pool in the hotel, but it's also under renovation that time. We were told we can use the neighboring hotels pool as complimentary, which few blocks away to walk. So we didnt use it. For the breakfast its not included on the prize, but you can purchase it in the hotel. It was actually a good breakfast and tastes good. There was a bar in the hotel which I recommend you try the Canadian beer its so refreshing and tastes good. The bar men even advise us places to visit on our next stop. I recommend this hotel, its so close to to parliament and tourist spots in Ottawa. Will definitely go back here in our next visit.

No me quedaré en los hoteles, pero vine a Ottawa para celebrar un kilómetro (kilómetro para los estadounidenses ;-) cumpleaños y decidí a aplastar un poco. ¡He pasado una hora a buscar algunos de los grandes sitios de viajes de Internet y he encontrado la habitación exacta promocionada en uno de ellos por $89! ¡Tras cerca de 10 minutos de los que miran en línea para encontrar la promo que estaba mirando, el supervisor del turno aprobó el partido! No me importaba porque estaba veniendo! La ubicación es GREAT, junto a la autopista TransCanada/417. Eso fue muy conveniente porque tuve que conducir a Carp la mañana siguiente y esa era la autopista que usé. Estaba en esa autopista 2 minutos después de salir del hotel! La primera noche había sólo una taza de cerámica y una taza de plástico, nos habría gustado dos tazas de cerámica, pero era demasiado tarde para llamar y preguntar. La habitación era muy buena, pero no se habían podido hacer nada. Si volví, solicitaría una habitación de primer piso en el mismo lado del hotel, ya que cada uno tenía acceso directo al parque de estacionamiento. La habitación era muy limpia y cómoda, no había suficientes plugs eléctricos y el único disponible para plugs en mi teléfono celular y el ordenador estaba tan apagado que los cables no se quedarían en el plug. Our family of 4 needed a hotel near the airport between connecting flights so our expectation was not high. We always had good experience with other Hampton Inns so this was just an easy choice, assuming a known quality hotel and also close to the airport. The Good about this hotel - 1. close to airport 2. free shuttle (details to follow) 3. has a couple restaurants just across from the parking lot if you don't want to venture out too far 4. check-in was quick The Bad - 1. Free shuttle only starts at 6am so if you need to catch an early flight you'll need to find a taxi. In our case, we had to pre-book a taxi the night before because we needed to get to the airport at 4:30am. 2. The hotel shuttle was just a plain white van with no signs indicating it's for Hampton Inn. Driver was not in any kind of uniform and when I knocked on his window trying to inquire, he came out and yelled 'What's going on'. Well not exactly what I expect a hotel shuttle driver to identify himself that way. When I asked if he's from Hampton Inn the answer was yes. But in retrospect any random guy can give me the same answer and we just kinda need to trust that driver that he's a legitimate Hampton Inn shuttle driver. The whole short trip to the hotel we were wondering if we would end up getting mugged. Just not a good feeling and I think the hotel can handle this a lot better, how hard is it to give this driver an uniform with a hampton inn logo, or print a hampton inn logo on a piece of paper and put it on the dashboard. At least something to make your shuttle and driver look a little bit more legitimate and make your guests feel a little bit safer. 3. As mentioned earlier we pre-booked a taxi to pick us up at 4:15am, turns out the front desk forgot to book it for us. When we got down to the lobby and looked for the taxi, that's when the front desk guy realized he forgot about it. So we waited for another 10-12 mins for the taxi to come. (taxi fare from hotel to airport was less than $20) 4. Not all electric outlets are working, in our room the one attached to the side table lamp didn't seem to work. Had to search high and low to have enough outlets to charge 4 phones and 4 apple watches. The Very Bad - The mattress was the absolute worse, I have never stayed at a Hampton Inn that have mattresses that dip down about 2 inches and with no support whatsoever. I'm not a big person, but my husband is so the whole night I was sinking and rolling to my husband's side. All I needed was a few hours of sleep between flights and I could not get that because of the mattress. Tossing and turning the whole night and could not find a good position. My back was hurting the next day like I was sleeping on an absolute garbage mattress the night before. We did not use the free breakfast, coffee wasn't ready during our stay, no other amenities were used. The poor rating is given based on the fact that everything we needed for a short stay in this hotel fell far sho
