We stayed here with the our family members, it was wonderful stay..All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is also near by the main road and the market. Thanks to Mr Suk *** Bhasker soring Ashim for care and support throughout the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel sumi Shangri-La deorali gangtok , all the staffs were helpful and the front office team was really cooperative. The staff of Front office namely sukman , soring ,Bhaskar and Ashim was really helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The breakfast and dinner was really good. They also served us jain food. I would recommend this place if you want to have tasty breakfast. The staff was also friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Special mention to Puja and team ***** with Captain Arpan for helping us out with everything we needed!!

Resturant all services are excellent. All serving staff behaviour is also excellent. We are appreciated all of them. I will like to mention mr captain arpan miss puja Mr Anup miss Usha and Albert TQ everyone for your good hospitality... Highly recommended this hotel to everyone.thankyou

In sumi sangrila hotel located in gangtok the restaurant food quality is very fine and good and staff behaviour is also good . I would to mention some lovely staff name mr resturant captain arpan Usha Pooja Albert and chef Prem .tq everyone.....
