EEnglish RoseMisty Hills Villa Kadugannawa boasts the most incredible view over local mountains, best enjoyed if you are taking a cooling dip in the (small, but perfectly positioned) infinity pool! My husband and I were very well looked after during our short stay. The hotel staff served lovely breakfasts, organised two dinners for us and booked a tuk tuk for a day trip to Kandy. They also surprised me with a beautiful little cake on my birthday and even sang to me! The only small points I would make is that the dinners are not actually cooked on site - and that the staff did not offer to clean or make up our bedroom during our 3 night stay. Nevertheless, much kindness and warmth was demonstrated towards us and we loved the rural position of the property.

El personal es lo que realmente hace que Taru Villa brille. Está dirigido por el gerente del hotel, el personal es bienvenido y caliente. No se puede pedir nada más. La comida fue excelente. La conversación fue aún mejor. Recomendamos a nadie.

UUsuario invitadohad pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.
The team was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to visit. They recommended we attend the Tooth Relic Procession and suggested us to visit a waterfall, which turned out to be the most breathtaking waterfall I've ever seen. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience.
When our cab dropped us off in the mid , the hotel staff immediately came to pick us up in tuk-tuk.
The staff was consistently polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about making your stay special. Thank you for the experience!

The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!

Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the dining hall was spacious and the food was tasty with a variety of dishes. Roof top restaurants have a good variety of dishes with swimming pool and very view of skyline with visible kandy lake, buddha temples, mountains etc. Staff was very pleasant and ready to help for any requirements. Only was the availability of drinking water. Supplied only 2 bottles of 500 ml each and water cooler/ dispenser not available and guest had to buy additional water bottles at very high cost (compared to market rate. Hotel management can have a look at an issue of availability of drinking water. Otherwise the overall hotel stay was pleasant/ satisfying.

SsafkhatStaff were friendly, caring and helpful. Especially, Ashan, who was attentive and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Fresh towels given each day and rooms cleaned daily. Room included the following amenities, free wifi, toiletries, safe, air conditioning, complementary bottled water. Hotel in a convenient location; 15 minutes from Kandy railway station. Nearby attractions include Kandy Lake (5 minutes -walking distance) and The temple of the sacred Tooth Relic (10 minutes -walking distance)

La piscina es un hotel decente, pero en la sombra no vi a nadie. Las fotos de la fiesta de piscina que sospecho de gran manera no fueron una fuente genuina.
El bar que es masivo y asistido por varios jovenes y aburridos caballeros, cuando a la vez me aparecí (una vez para la cena) fui el único patrón.
Afortunadamente, la puerta de la puerta estaba otra para algunos cocktails y música decentes que salvaron el aburrimiento un poco.
El dormitorio era decente con un pequeño refrigerador (pero no funcionó), el baño era pequeño, sentía sucio, sin jabón de mano ni jabón para la ducha (aparte de los ocupantes anteriores de la casa de baño - y eso fue bruto).
La presión era pobre, lo que dificultó la ducha y había parche en el suelo de algunos daños - no limpiado.
La cama era masiva y cómoda con aire acondicionado y un fan así que el sueño era bueno.
La ubicación del hotel es muy agradable, muy agradable y muy agradable.
¿Me quedaría otra vez allí - no. ¿Me quedaría a la casa para saludar a los propietarios y a la puerta de la puerta de un cocktail - posiblemente!
