The owner is very nice. He has two properties and I’ve been at both properties. Very nice person. The room was fine I just wish they had had a laundry facility and ice.

What the motel lacks in modernization it makes up for in service. Everyone was so friendly there. Yes the motel is dated and could use some updates and minor repairs, the caulk around our tub needed to be redone, but its one of the cheapest places around to stay. Don't expect holiday inn apperances at half the cost.

Place was horrible! Needs some serious renovation. However the only good thing was Our host was nice enough to allow us an early check in and welcomed us properly.
There is black mold everywhere, walls were falling apart, the door doesn’t close all the way. Just needs a lot of work

The manager and staff were excelllent - but the premises need serious work to refurbish and bring it to par with present day motels and hotels.
The owners of the property should put back some of the money they earn into remodelling the run down bathrooms, rooms, wallpapers, furniture, floors, carpeting, etc. The threshold of the door of the room next to mine was held together with duct tape. I wonder how this property ever passes routine inspections.
The manager was super friendly and helpful and so were the staff. I would give them 10 out of 10! The linen, pillows, bedsheets, towels were also 10 out of 10.

The AC did not work. Their was trash everywhere outside. Their was belongings of customers everywhere in hallway on second floor including : clothes, shoes, boots, beer cans, trash. Sheets to bed were stained, ripped and holes in them.
