Kumu is a beautifully appointed guest house, beach front with five star service. Our daughter decided to have her destination wedding at the property, which was amazing. The staff made sure the day was memorable with a dash of Sri Lankan culture, which included traditional Sri Lankan dancers and singers, concluding with a delicious Sri Lankan Feast for all the family. Our Australian family of all ages really enjoyed the property, especially relaxing and swimming in the lovely pool. We had a variety of room types and all were well appointed and luxurious. Breakfast which is included in the tariff was the best we had in Sri Lanka. The massage was awesome and just what we all needed after travelling. Could not fault this property or its staff. The staff organised day trips to amazing Galle Fort which is only a short drive away. We hope to return as it was such a wonderful accommodation. It is awesome for groups and families and also works for couples. Social hour is a fabulous chance to enjoy a GnT with other guests. We enjoyed the company of the other guests that were from all over the world. If you prefer a quiet Social Hour there are plenty of locations on the property that you can enjoy a private drink or two. Walks on the beach are especially romantic as it is very private with hardly any people on it. However, if you are travelling with a group or a large family, and do not wish to rent a villa, this is the perfect location. The staff go above and beyond to make sure everyone has an incredible time.

We recently stayed 11 days at this hotel and it did not disappoint. All of the members of staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The decor of the hotel is lovely, full of character and immaculately clean. We had a ground floor suite which was stunning. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and all the meals that we had were excellent. After visiting other hotels in the area we definitely felt that we had made the right choice. Fantastic for a relaxing holiday for all of the family! Thank you to everyone at Suite Lanka for helping us make fabulous memories.

Llegamos al hotel muy temprano en la tarde e imprimimos el número de pedido de Ctrip (versión en inglés), pero aún así tomó mucho tiempo. Sin embargo, nos pasaron a un tipo de habitación: Habitación con vistas al mar (habitación 206). La experiencia del check-in fue excelente. Como había reservado más hoteles especiales para las primeras noches, elegí Asia Leisure para la última noche porque es un hotel nuevo en 2018 y, de hecho, no me decepcionó. Restauración: Hay dos restaurantes. Pedimos comida por 26.000 rupias, lo que sigue siendo muy económico. El desayuno se sirve en el restaurante buffet y los niños deben pagar la diferencia de precio. Ubicación: Está a 15 minutos a pie del castillo de Galle. Cuesta entre 300 y 400 rupias ir allí en tutú, lo cual es muy conveniente. There are very few places where the maximum points or stars are not enough - the Sergeant House is such a place. We have enjoyed a fantastic time in the Villa and we are eager to get back in the future again. UUsuario invitadoAgnus Unawatuna is a little up into the hills, but the trip up is so worth it. The place is serene and the view is breathtaking; you get a top-down view of the ocean in all its glory, and you can even enjoy the view of the famous Galle Fort and Lighthouse from a distance. Service and amenities are amazing, and facilities are modern. Rooms are clean and well-equipped. It was a wonderful experience and the perfect place for a personal retreat! Would definitely come again if I have the chance, and have already recommended this place to some friends! Thank you!

Breakfast was great, we had 2 meals at the hotel of an evening which were magnificent and set up poolside for us which was really lovely We were thrilled with our stay . The staff were delightful, helpful and kept the villa in such beautiful condition. Laundry was organised for us which was greatly appreciated as we were on a long trip and needed this done on short notice We cannot rate this Villa highly enough. Las piscinas fueron grandes y así fue la vista desde el cuarto. La habitación era muy básica pero suficiente. Tenemos problemas con una fuga en el techo que fue abordada rápidamente por el personal, pero todavía un poco molesto. En general, el personal era hermoso: en particular Chamindu en el restaurante, un guardia de seguridad que me llamó y mi compañero para mostrarnos tortugas en la playa (sorry, no recuerdo su nombre) y el tipo que trabajaba los alcantarillados en la piscina inferior. La parte más débil era probablemente la comida.

Las habitaciones son antiguas, bien equipadas y bastante interesantes. Reserva dos habitaciones, una en el primer piso es una habitación doble, una en el segundo piso, una habitación grande, en fin, muy satisfecho con la habitación. Al día siguiente, durante el desayuno, el jefe y el camarero a menudo se acercaban y preguntaban si podían comer bien y agregar algo. De hecho, ¡el desayuno debería ser muy bueno en los hoteles que se han comido! Además, el profesionalismo del personal fue loable; fueron atentos y garantizaron una experiencia sin fin durante toda mi estancia. La combinación de ubicación, servicio y comodidad hace que el Heritage Hotel sea un lugar que me gustaría elegir de nuevo para futuras visitas a Gales.

UUsuario invitadoWe can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.

El hotel tiene un amplio espacio con mobiliario moderno y un minibar. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente. La cama estaba cómoda. El baño era amplio. El agua caliente funcionó perfectamente. También las instalaciones modernas. La villa verde estaba cerca de todas las principales atracciones. Altamente recomendado para una estancia tranquila, tranquila y cómoda en la zona de Unawatuna.

UUsuario invitadoI stayed few times at this hotel of which one time 2 months. It is central and close to everything. The rooms are very comfortable and there is also a communal kitchenette. The owner gave me access to the gym for free which was ofcourse a great service. I had room number one which gave me full view to the ocean as well as the backside village which I really enjoyed. I highly recommend this place

MMichael8787Плюсы отеля - очень неплохой завтрак, ужин. Шведский стол. Очень изобильный. Есть и морепродукты , и местная кухня. Очень вкусно. Также хочется отметить традиционное для сети Марриот качество постели. Спалось на нем прекрасно. Пляж в этом месте отличный. Можно спокойно купаться - волны не такие сильные. Всё очень живописно , если пройти налево и направо. Теперь о недостатках. К сожалению, их больше. Персонал очень не вежлив, чувствовалось, что тебе здесь не рады, делают одолжение. Наигранные улыбки. В день выезда чуть позже 12 на несколько минут персонал стал стучаться в дверь и требовать освободить номер. Разве это достойно такой сети отелей ? Когда попытался расплатиться на ресепшн картой Юнион Пэй, персонал сказал, что терминал для российских карт не работает. Хотя, в других местах и отелях на Шри-Ланке всё работало без проблем и удавалось оплатить везде. Такое поведение я объясняю неклиенториентированностью, что опять же, очень странно для отеля такой сети, как Марриот и для сервиса. Также я хочу отметить, что в этом отеле не оказалось ортопедических подушек или любых других подушек - при попытке узнать про эту возможность, мне грубо ответили , что других подушек нет и всё. В общем, за персонал, сервис и его отношение - жирный минус и плохая оценка

The night we had dinner in the same restaurant and we ordered chicken and it wasn’t cooked well. When we informed the same to the staff he was rude to us and was like this is how we cook the chicken.
