Bonito hotel limpio, personal amable, buen desayuno. Lástima que está en una calle principal muy transitada y el pueblo es pequeño. A poca distancia del lago.

We arrived at the hotel tired and exhausted after an overnight flight, and we were greeted by the lovely Francesca with a warm smile. She went above and beyond to provide us with extensive and interesting information about the city, including recommendations for entertainment venues and attractions. The hotel itself is conveniently located, close to the airport and with ample parking. The rooms we received were clean, spacious, and tidy. The entire hotel is tastefully designed, and there's even a fantastic rooftop where we enjoyed a relaxing and enjoyable evening. The hotel has great gym and spa facilities, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We want to especially thank Francesca for her exceptional service. She was available and assisted us with every question or request, including essential administrative assistance we needed. This experience was the perfect "welcome" to Italy for us, and we are sure that when we return to Italy, we will return to this hotel as well.

Well located hotel for a quiet stopover. All the basics were there, reasonable size room, quiet at night, some views of the lake and close to resturants and cafes (car needed, busy road). Good choices for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The question is, do you want it loud or do you want it loud? There's a street in front of the hotel, rails in the back and a huge parking space that is heavily used by the restaurants (around the hotel and also one in the ground floor of the restaurant). The traffic continues throughout the night and doesn't even stop on a Sunday morning. There's also live music from the restaurant on the ground floor. So for anybody who is looking for a quiet place to sleep, don't choose this location. The breakfast is an absolute minimal breakfast, the breakfast room is tiny (that's why you have to register for a breakfast shift). The pictures the hotel puts up look fabulous, the photographer must have been a genius. In reality this is a run-down place. Moreover, if you show any sign of unhappiness because of the whole situtation during check-in or check-out, then the hotel labels you as "no-show" (still charging your credit card of course) to prevent you from putting a rating up on certain booking portals. That's probably also the reason why it is rated so high on several portals. It's fake and not worth the money!

The room (we had No 106) was modern & very clean, the location great, the parking helpful. Thanks to Tripadvisor we had great dinners in restaurants, all within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was certainly Corona-conditioned so reduced: There was toast, ham, cheese and egg per personal allocation. We were there for 1 week - it was the same every day. This could be optimised. We could not use the sauna because of the special opening hours. Unfortunately, our beautiful holiday was spoiled afterwards: We always keep our things in a locked suitcase in hotels when we are not in the room during the day. This was also the case here the whole week. Exception: the day after we went shopping. We hung exactly 4 items in the room so they wouldn't crease. Everything else was in the suitcase or in the car. One of the clothes we bought, for which we have a receipt, did not arrive at home and could only have stayed in the hotel. In whatever way. What a pity. Maybe it will turn up...

mario marchetto 5/5 un minuto fa su Google Le Palme Hotel molto ben tenuto . SPA e zona solarium con vasche idromassaggio ok . Colazione valida e ben rifornita : alcuni alimenti si richiedono alle ragazze compresa la caffetteria . Unico neo la crema pasticcera della quale sono un estimatore ... appena sufficiente ! La brioches si deve riempire personalmente . Per il gusto e la qualità ci sta' ( loro non sono ovviamente una pasticceria ) , Ho richiesto a fine colazione dopo aver già consumato un cappuccino anche un caffè ... zero problemi . Personale femminile ben preparato , sorridente e gentile ( non è sempre scontato ! ) . A piedi a c/a 300 metri si può andare in un' area verde , alla fine del lungo lago tramite una strada che costeggia un grande Campeggio . Il centro di Arona e il lungo lago sono a pochi minuti dall' Hotel con l' uso dell' auto . P.S. A poca distanza dall' Hotel a mezzogiorno come pranzo di lavoro il Ristorante Pizzeria Leonardo offre ottime soluzioni con buona scelta a soli € 12 . Hotel consigliatissimo ...

Hotel pulito con buoni servizi tra cui solarium sul tetto . La nostra camera numero 211 piccola ma dotata di un buon condizionatore molto silenzioso e tapparelle elettriche … odio gli hotel che hanno tendaggi vari e che non impediscono alla luce di entrare al mattino…bagno nulla da dire a parte il phon da parete molto anni 80. Colazione non sufficiente nella qualità dei prodotti … molto industriali sia per il dolce che per il salato ( poca scelta per turisti stranieri)

Leider wurde unsere Bewertung auf *********** gelöscht. In dieser Bewertung haben wir beschrieben wie wir am vorletzten Morgen unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes im Zimmer bestohlen wurden. Es handelte sich um ein Kleid, gerade neu gekauft, mit Etikett, das von der Kleiderstange entwendet wurde. Unsere Reklamation wurde seitens der Managerin nicht weiter verfolgt und auch nicht beantwortet! Wir buchen nie wieder und können nur abraten.
