El Holiday Inn no se ha mantenido en este hotel, pero es difícil de felicitar incluso los servicios básicos de un hotel en esta propiedad particular. El servicio de la oficina del frente era lento incluso en las horas y fechas de punta, sólo había un personal que manejaba la frontera a pesar de la cola o esperando a los huéspedes mientras el gerente se escondía en su oficina todo el tiempo. La habitación en sí era ”sí”, la habitación no vino con ninguna botella de agua, ningún caja fuerte, jaula, ningún reloj de habitación o nevera. Así que si piensas comprar comida fría para almacenar, no te molestes. El sabón en el duche ya estaba terminado, ni se reemplazaron con más durante el día siguiente. Tabacos y café no se reemplazaron el día siguiente. La toalla huelo de orina cuando se ingresó y siguió huelo de esa manera incluso cuando se ingresó. Nos atrapamos varias veces para tratar de quitar el olor. Desafortunadamente dejamos un teléfono inteligente bajo los cobertores al comprobar. Cuando lo descubrimos, llamamos a la oficina del frente para que sepan que dejamos nuestro teléfono atrás y dijeron que contactarían con el mantenimiento de la casa y No sólo no se han vuelto a nosotros, los llamamos de nuevo y aunque aparentemente no se encontró el teléfono durante menos de 24 horas. Por supuesto, se obtiene el café básico, el té, los jugos de fruta. Pero los alimentos calientes consistían sólo de huevos cocidos a medias en un cesta y panqueques. El hotel tiene un aparcamiento abierto, pero no es complimentario para los huéspedes del hotel. Se le costaría 7€ por día para estacionar allí. La experiencia de estadía fue muy neutra, pero no en la mayoría de los casos en el estándar con los Holiday Inns que hemos experimentado en Alemania y fuera de Alemania. (o la única mujer que se vio colocar desayuno y limpiar mesas) ella era realmente muy amable y saludó a todos incluso cuando la mayoría nunca parecía responder a ella :(

good location near by city center in very quiet area, clean hotel and rooms, tasty breakfast, parking near by hotel on the private parking place, perfect hotel for short stay and business trips. I can recommend

Es ist noch ganz neu und entsprechend sauber und modern präsentiert sich das ganze Ensemble, zu dem auch das nur durch eine Tür getrennte Ibis Budget gehört. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet, aber wirklich nicht groß, so dass die Frage aufkommt, wo der Gast des Styles überhaupt einen Vorteil hat, bekommt er sicherlich gleiche Matrazen und Kissen wie im Billigableger und auch Handtücher im Bad und Seifenspender werden wohl gleich sein. Bar, Restaurant und Garage werden sowieso zwischen den Hotels geteilt. Diese Gleichheit wertet das Ibis Styles eindeutig ab. Es wird noch mehr Federn lassen, wenn es in die Jahre kommt und dann in etwa so attraktiv sein wird, wie das Suppengewürz, nachdem die Hotelstraße benannt ist. Fazit: Der Hotelneubau mit zusammengelegten Ibis Styles und Budget mag bei den Accor-Projektentwicklern zur Zeit der letzte Schrei sein. Für den Styles-Gast ergibt sich aber die ernüchternde Erfahrung, für die gleiche Leistung mehr Geld bezahlen zu müssen.

This hotel has been is renovated and feels like a boutique hotel in a big city. Great modern design, decor and well-appointed rooms. At 3 stars, it exceeded expectations and was better than hotels with a 4-star rating. The hotel is situated within a Catholic monastery and is owned by nuns as a way to generate income. The hotel is run by secular management and includes conference facilities. My room was spacious, comfortable and had a private balcony. The TV was huge and modern, although no English channels were available. The bed had USB outlets at the nightstand, which was a life savor since I lost my electrical outlet power adaptor. Breakfast was phenomenal. A very extensive buffet with something for everyone’s food preferences. Dinner was also a buffet. The food quality at dinner wasn’t as good as breakfast, in my opinion. But the wine selection was sufficient and the prices cheap. If I had one suggestion it would be to have a properly translated welcome letter in English and French. I recognize 90% of guests are probably German-speaking but it would be helpful if all of the information was available because not every staff member can speak English. The only real complaints I have are the horrendous parking situation and the lack of a gym. In terms of the gym, the hotel is hosting business conferences. It would be nice if there was a small gym with treadmills and other basic fitness equipment. Thankfully, there is a temporary parking section at the entrance to the hotel. Otherwise, it is a little bit of a walk with luggage. The parking is an issue for anyone with bags or during bad weather. Besides those two complaints, anything else is a problem with the 3-star and 4-star hotels in Germany and not this hotel. It’s a problem I’ve only encountered in Germany: No coffeemaker or tea pot in room. You can’t get coffee until breakfast at 7 a.m. Only 1 or 2 pillows, compared to the 4 pillows that most hotels outside Germany feature. No lotion or other toiletries in bathroom of room. Bar soap replaced with liquid soap, which is cheaper but not as sanitary because dispensers can spread diseases. If I was in the Constance area, I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. I liked the religious connection and thought it was great in terms of value for money. With a few changes, it would be a superb 4-star hotel. Right now, they have a 4-star product, but more of a guesthouse/B&B standard.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde sofort eingegangen. die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer in der 6. Etage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles notwendige war vorhanden und das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, kein Türenknallen oder ähnliches war zu hören. Der Ausblick im Frühstücksraum in der 8. Etage ist wirklich klasse. Beim Frühstück fehlte es uns an nichts. Wir können das Hotel, das Frühstück und natürlich auch den Service der Mitarbeiter*innen sehr empfehlen.

Wir buchten 11 Zimmer. Die Buchung war unkompliziert, und von der Rezeption sehr kompetent begleitet. Ein Fehler meinerseits bei der Buchung, wurde problemlos behoben. Ein Dankeschön an alle Beteiligten. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Einziger negativer Punkt ist die Glastüre zum Bad und WC.

I stayed with my husband for two nights. Have been apprehended by some first negative reviews. Probably the teething problems are over. Nevertheless, I had an adequate stay encountering very friendly and forthcoming staff. A Hampton is a Hampton, not a Palace. However, there were some fixtures that went beyond the Hampton standard I am aware of in Europe: rather spacious hotel room, a fridge (empty), a safe. A neat sitting area with a small table - but no formal writing desk. Large TV set. The bathroom was spacious, the shower cubicle was totally separated by a glass door. There even was a magnimagnifying mirror in the bath room. The hotel is NOT in the city center but eight bus stops away. Bus no. 8 goes frequently from the railway station (during the week every 15' until 21:00hrs, then hourly only, during week ends every 30'). You can buy the ticket with the driver (cash only, no credit card). One ticket costs 2.70€, a day ticket costs 5.30€) I liked staying at the hotel for those two nights very much. It was not at full capacity which might have been in my favor. The surrounding itself is rather bland. Just keep this in mind and your expectations for a clean, modern economy hotel will be fully met.

La ubicación es a la periferia, aparte de eso, el descanso es muy bueno.

Nos quedamos una semana con nuestro perro en el barco de la casa de huéspedes. Al principio de nuestra visita, queríamos cambiar de habitación porque era muy pequeño para 2 personas y un perro. Todo ha funcionado sin problemas. La ubicación del hostal es excelente, se puede llegar a todo en el menor tiempo. El personal fue muy agradable, el equipamiento de los habitaciones para tres estrellas es muy bueno! La comida aquí es muy recomendable, el desayuno ofrece todo lo que necesitas para comenzar bien en el día. Nos encanta volver.
