Hilton Garden Inn Gaborone ★★★★
Recomiendo!"
The Oak Tree House ★★★
Cresta Lodge Gaborone ★★★
"Excellent service with good customer service Staff understand the customer Well provided internet and wifi for good communication Well kept rooms "
Tlokweng Rose Garden Guesthouse ★★★
Protea Hotel Gaborone Masa Square ★★★★
"Been here as long term resident for around 4 months now, went home for 2 week break, returned to find they had extended someone in the room which i had already booked. Now they stuck me in a terrible disgusting room until the original is free again. The view outside the window is highly disgusting full of birds nests and piles of bird poop everywhere. Shocking way to treat a long term guest , I will be looking over at the Hotel 430 again, a little more expensive but at least they do not give your booked room out to anyone else while your gone for a break."
The Capital Guest House ★★★★
"A lovely little place ! Best things about it is Mma Joyce! So kind caring and helpful at all times! Kealeboga Mma. Very nice room. Quite comfortable and well located."

"Terrible service especially at the restaurant, waiters don't even greet. They just shove cutlery at you and walk away. There are no clean plates for breakfast & little food left, chef doesn't seem to care!"

Tlotlo Hotel & Conference Centre
"El hotel está en una zona de 2 estrellas, y el hotel está en una zona de 2 estrellas."
The Grand Aria Hotel and Conference Centre
"The only reason this review gets 3 stars is thanks to the wonderful staff. This hotel is a noise box. Not only does it face a plethora of motors from the shopping center adjacent to it but the hotel itself is stagerringly noisy. Outside my window I counted at least 18 airconditioner motors spewing noise. On my floor, the motor noise from the end of the passage was also loud. I could not open the window of my room as it would be an assault to my senses. I had to resort to switching on my aircon. The fan from my bathroom was so loud and permanently on. And the final straw was the mega extractor on the roof of the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful but cannot be enjoyed as it feels as if you're in the middle of a runway. The staff and particularly the manager tried his best to get me a room that was quiet but alas! that is not possible in that hotel. I could not wait to leave."
Peermont Walmont at the Grand Palm, Gaborone
"Worst hotel ever. Didn't even let me know how much it costed until I showed up and it costed.. 32,569 THOUSAND dollars. This place isn't even WORTH or LOOKS like 32,569 THOUSAND dollars. It looks like a ran down school that they turned into a hotel. Never coming back."
African Home Hotel
"The hotel is perfectly located in Gaborone, close to all the major places and sites worth seeing in the Capital. A walking distance to the Three Dikgosi Monument and Fields Mall. I liked this convenience that the hotel offered. The hotel also has plenty of rooms, over 14 and has a Spa, conference venues and a restaurant. There is also a pool inside and the main entrance is guarded with security personnel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Sebalo, who also adjusted my booking to a room that he recommended, has better Wifi connectivity, to which I agreed. I appreciated this as the Wifi in the Kgosi room was good during my stay. I also liked that I had covered parking, which I didn't need to pre-book, located close to the room. I also had a decent breakfast for all the days here, prepared promptly and with care by a lady called Violet. I welcomed this value for money aspect to my stay. She was very friendly, warm and tried by all means to vary the breakfast options and presentation on all three days which I appreciated. The room was spacious, had adequate lighting, Aircon, LCD tv, coffee station and kettle and enough mirrors all round. There were also enough bins in the room, an extra blanket and the bedding was clean. There was a desk and chair, which ensured that I could spend some time catching up on my reading in the room. There was no safe and I had to arrange my own twin plug, which was not an issue. The toilet was separate from the shower which I liked and there was shampoo available. Clean towels were on offer, regularly.replaced and room service was offered. The hotel was peaceful and I did not experience any major distractions. I also liked that I paid once I got to the hotel and that no deposit was withheld. Where I think the hotel could have scored more for me was in the following - there was no info-welcome sheet in the room that orientated me to the rules of the hotel, wifi password, breakfast times, lunch or dinner, important emergency numbers and nearby sites worth seeing for instance which is common in most hotels. I had to ask many of these and Sebalo was of assistance. I feel that the hymn sheet would have made it much easier. I found a booklet about sites to see in Gaborone close to the reception area, which I only saw and made use of during breakfast. Those booklets can be placed in the rooms as a suggestion. The bed was not comfortable at all for me and there were some small insects here and there in the room which was not pleasant to see. This is where the hotel dropped points from me. I believe that if the hotel works on these few items, it could do better. However, the service I received from Sebalo and Violet, together with the convenience of the location, shaded parking, breakfast and good wifi in the room, made the stay decent overall. "
Apartments @ 125
"I stay in around 80 hotels and serviced apartments every year, and Apartments @ 125 easily stands out as one of the best in the 25 countries I have travelled to in 2025. Peaceful, perfectly maintained, and extremely well equipped — there wasn’t a single thing I found lacking during my stay. The shower is excellent, wifi super fast the bed wonderfully comfortable, and the entire place spotless and quiet. It’s ideally located too, close to Botswana's best coffee shop Daily Grind and just minutes from the CBD. Yet still feels like a calm retreat away from the daily hustle. Visiting Botswana is special, and staying here makes it even better. This property absolutely deserves its reputation for quality and comfort. "
Phakalane Golf Estate Hotel & Convention Centre
"Truly awful experience at this establishment who rate themselves as a 4 star hotel but are more in line with 1 star service. A few of staff were sweet and at least trying, but most were completely nonchalant & literally just doing the bear minimum of what's required. It is clear that very little, if any, training has taken place regarding service. The rooms were ok, but do try to book a room on the golf course-facing side, should you choose to stay here. Otherwise, you'll be facing their parking lot. Also be aware that it's a good 30 minutes (more in traffic) from Gaborone City itself and therefore not very central."
