Estaba aquí por mi primera semana desde el 25 de marzo de 2022. Algo de mi habitación no estaba completo, por ejemplo, tener mi propio sofá que fue incómodo cuando mis huéspedes llegaron, pero mi anfitrión me aseguró que estaba cómodo y prometió mirarme la próxima vez. La habitación era desorganizada, cortinas rotas, cama incompleta, baja/no wifi. El personal de mantenimiento me informó que estaban intentando acceder a la tarde pero no había nadie en ella. Además, yo expliqué que la habitación no es una condición adecuada para recibir a los huéspedes y debería ser reparado primero, no era cuestión de completarla en la tarde que me inspeccioné! Rubish! Uno de los trabajadores acordó y también informó a la equipo de mantenimiento que había quejado de esta habitación durante un tiempo. Con Wi-Fi débil/muy limitado, algunas paredes teñidas, ducha rota, tapón de baño amarrado y el baño hace ruidos de ruido alto y largo. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños. El host, que necesitaba pago pero no quería hacer una transferencia bancaria en línea, no tenía una máquina de tarjetas. Ella me quería pagar otra vez, en la que le dije que no pagaría dos veces, tendrá que esperar hasta que se aclare la restitución. La casa de la casa se olvidó de cerrar mi habitación. En este momento me dieron la comida. He pedido una negociación para tener un check-out tardío cuando mi vuelo se fue tarde a la noche y con todo lo que había tratado antes, esto fue pasado y ni siquiera se consideró. Excellent location, comfortable and modern, perfect for staying overnight before catching a flight the next day. Neighbourhood was quiet and looks safe. Facilities and breakfast were nice too. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay there again next time I visit this beautiful country.

Sorprende el nivel de suciedad de las moquetas de los pasillos. Las habitaciones están algo menos sucias. Hay que reclamar siempre toallas, café, etc porque en una habitación doble dejan sólo servicio para una persona. Una noche nos dieron una habitación cuyas ventanas daban a un muro de hormigón. No había luz exterior. Estuvimos más noches porque la reserva no era reembolsable. El personal de la recepción, salvo un joven que nos ayudó, es incompetente y bastante agrio en su trato. Lo bueno, el desayuno completo y el bar piscina.

I stayed in one of the rooms which was clean, had AC, light and running water. Wifi works throughout the whole area. The food was a very positive surprise - the reasonably priced vegetarian avocado sandwiches and wraps were so tasty that I ordered a second round. The breakfast was also nice, if not large it contained bread with several types of jam, several tropical fruits and some smoothie which was sufficient to stay the day. There is a fridge where one can put some food/drinks subject to space and they have clean tap water in the sink. The pool works fine but is somewhat small and more to cool yourself than to swim. Staff is very nice and the area is safe with gated walls. Most balconies are on the street side and there is some sound but not more than one should expect when living in a bigger city. The location is close to the airport and reasonably close to the city center although not on walking distance to the main sights. There are many backpackers and travelers staying at the site making it a good hub if you are interested in connect with others for travel. All in all this seems to be one of the better options for those seeking hostel type stays in Accra.

Beautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.
