The hotel is hot during the night, barely able to sleep. No way to change the temperature. No phone to contact the front desk. Didn't give us any toilet paper, no coffee, no tea, no nothing.
Cleaning is poor, if you look in the corners you can see how poor it is. All I can say is luckily we stayed there only one night.
Also the door doesn't have any safety locks, so in the morning one of the cleaners just entered inside without knocking first.

酒店環境非常好，顯示是去年新裝修的，幹靜整潔，前台小姐姐還給免費升了房，房間很大，足夠一家三口享受家庭時光。窗外就是額爾齊斯河，靜謐淡雅。唯一的不足是，正值春季額河漲水，浴缸放出來的水有些渾濁，可惜了那麼大的浴缸。

軟硬件都一流，房間乾淨整潔，工作人員和藹可親😀😀房型大氣不壓抑，房間挑高估計有3米左右。房內都配備浴袍和茶具，在大落地窗前喝個茶太愜意了👍👍👍酒店就坐落在額河邊，可以沿着河邊散步體驗當代人的慢生活。

28度的房間温度，房間整體乾淨衞生，熱水很足可以安心泡個澡，洗浴用品一應俱全。小米的吹風機。洗手間乾濕分離。房間內還有不同的枕頭可以選擇。停車很方便，就在富藴的邊上，不吵也不鬧。很容易訂點外賣奶茶。安逸的泡個澡，解除一下旅途的疲勞。還會再來的。

房間乾淨 房間面積也大 很寬敞 各項設施齊全 周圍環境好 靠河邊很安靜 睡得挺舒適的 停車也方便 停車位很多隨便停車 前台小姐姐也很熱情 還給我免費升級了房間

房間寬敞明亮舒適 設施完整，前台服務周到熱情。酒店就在濱河公園邊環境優美，房間傢俱都是原木打造裝修別緻，牆壁上掛着的壁畫都是名家的畫作，非常值得打卡的一家酒店👍👍👍

酒店很不錯，推薦二樓的額河景觀房，房間敞亮巨大，落地窗看額河。冬天入住率低，沒有早餐略遺憾，其他完美。

房間乾淨，很多設備都不錯，服務人員態度也非常好，唯一就是房間內的蓮蓬頭半夜會滴水影響了睡眠，前方的額河非常好看
