The environment of M Gallery is very exclusive and peaceful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. The best thing is it has a perfect view of Changbai Mountain! The outdoor hot springs is very special. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were very friendly and eager to accommodate our needs, offering warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you to the manager, 高扬 for the great experience. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to changbaishan.

前兩天在到達和爬長白山中過去，體驗了一塌糊塗的check in和健身房工作人員的歎氣和白眼。後兩天繼續感受酒店人多無法接待，人少不會接待的特殊貴价體驗。
房間：因為已經住到第三天，終於感覺到了酒店硬件的問題。例如，洗手池居然會反味兒。前兩天我一度以為是廁所排氣不好，如廁後味道無法散去。但後來發現哪怕沒有上廁所，衹要洗手就會有臭味。然後才意識到洗手池居然會有味道反上來。
説到味道，也不得不説一下對於抽煙的管理。應該是管理不當，因為走廊裏總有煙味。而作為這種密閉開暖氣的空間。這味道不僅會留在走廊，還會滲入房間。如果我住的是一個電競酒店，介意這一點是我矯情，但我不是。
園內交通：特別值得指出一點。從地中海泡湯出來，是沒有接駁車回酒店的，必須自行步行到瑞士酒店再坐車。我這個倒黴的人，在地中海泡完之後。因為人太多，實在搶不到風筒，打算回酒店吹頭。打電話給酒店前台，溝通不暢。我告知説在地中海是否可叫接駁車？前台讓我走到大堂，我説我就在大堂。他又問我是哪個房間的？我告知了他房間。他似乎很困惑，再度讓我走到大堂。我説我就在大堂。他説哦哦哦，那你要走到瑞士酒店的大堂。我？？？？？行！在零下17度的天，我濕着頭髮，從地中海走到了瑞士酒店的大堂。那一刻，這幾天聞到的煙味，廁所的反味，前台的白眼和歎氣都沖上頭來，當然，我還傾向於是溝通不暢，我肯定是哪裡沒有理解對。回到酒店，進入大堂（小堂），我沖到前枱面前問她。從地中海是不是沒有接駁車回酒店？前台從玩手機的百忙之中抬起頭來説，是的，就是這樣的。
啊~這個酒店的工作人員都很愛玩手機~
第四天，滑雪一天，回到房間，衞生搞得很好，房間所有的布草沒了。擦手巾都沒了。已經氣笑了。
第五天，退房日。男朋友給管家發個訊息告知整個房間的布草都沒了，先説一聲，免得誤會是我們偷走了😂😂😂😂😂。管家各種道歉。
哦！這天早上九點半到餐廳吃飯，真是啥都沒了啊！住了四晚，煎餅果子和煮麪真是唯一的保障了。餐廳八面透風，每天四個熱菜不熱（燈衹會把菜照幹，不會讓菜保温）。華住會隨便一箇中端品牌都完敗這個餐食。
退房，前台站了三個人。我推着一個26寸的箱，一個28寸的箱，穿成領班模樣的女士和前台在忙着講話，説今天已經沒幾房客人了。沒一個人幫忙。男朋友停好車進來幫忙推箱子。此時一個男性的工作人員又擋在他前面，回頭跟三個前廳講話。我倆狼狽的推着大箱子，等在這個男性工作人員後面，等他跟着三個前廳的女工作人員閑聊完。因為他擋着路。
我！的！天！啊！！！！
再見吧！
我不推薦任何人來入住這個酒店，除非它300塊一晚。
但它不是~

風景是美的，但美景是大自然的饋贈，不是酒店給的。而作為雅高的高端，這家酒店給的體驗，值一個全季酒店（苦笑）。
因為在酒店連住四晚，兩張訂單，那我就認真的把這四晚五天兩張訂單裏的體驗都對應分享一下，供人蔘考。
辦理入住：入住當天，三點四十自駕到達。一路駛入景區，景色非常美，心情很棒。然而進入大堂（大堂很小），裏面亂作一團。感覺有好幾組客人。早早已經到達，卻仍舊沒有辦理入住，大家都不是很高興。安靜的排隊等待，看前面的客人發火，酒店引以為傲的長白山景觀也沉入暮靄（如此混亂的原因，説是前一天有團隊包場活動，所以他們遲遲沒有把房間整理好，其實這裏就顯示了酒店的接待能力不行，後面也有體現）。終於排到了我，辦理入住的時候跟我確認兩張訂單，一張前兩天的是大床房，一張後兩天的是雙床房。我頓時一頭霧水。在11月25日預訂酒店時已經確認連住四晚，換成了大床房型。而此時前台説不能保證，如果不行，需要我後面換房。當然此事後來管家解決了。不過管家也沒有提前加我，是在前台加的。第一印象一言難盡。但整天趕路也懶得囉嗦，趕緊入住了事。
網紅泳池裡的歎氣和白眼：第二天整天爬長白山，回來天也黑了。吃完飯回酒店想起了酒店在社交平台上那個作為賣點的泳池，就打算去體驗一番。天寒地凍，居然沒找到室內通往泳池的路，於是從室外步行前往（那天晚上零下20度）。到了泳池，進入問前台工作人員“是否有室內通道前往？”。工作人員抬了一下眼睛説“衹能從外面走過來”。接着又埋頭玩手機了。好！行！自己取了毛巾到室外下泳池。此時泳池中有一對情侶，泳池邊大聲播放着跟酒店定位完全不契合的音樂。怪怪的，後來發現，是這對情侶自己攜帶了音箱在放歌……😂😂😂😂😂😂😂。此時我覺得自己置身在農家旅館的澡堂池子裏。
在水裡玩了20分鐘，頭髮都結冰了，爬上來，打算沖澡，桑拿。桑拿房沒有開（那時候不到9點），又出來問工作人員。她抬了一下眼睛，説桑拿房晚上就是不開的，衹有早上開。行！住過幾家雅高的索菲特，哪怕還有20分鐘健身房關門，他們都會馬上去啟動。
那直接沖澡吧。衹有兩個淋浴間，其中一個花灑是壞的，不出水。衹好趕緊挪到另外一個。結果後來進來的妹子……可憐的妹子啊，用水龍頭在沖。
沖完出來，再度問工作人員是否有可以裝泳衣的塑料袋？這時候精彩的來了。她大聲歎了一口氣，翻了一個白眼説，塑料袋沒有。然後開始非常勉為其難的掏了一個紙袋給我。
坐在沙發上等人，可以清晰的聽到此工作人員玩手機的聲音，聽到她跟男朋友打電話，可以聽到她説10點才下班，客人還有好幾個沒走。
wow！此情此景，我家門口的社區健身房的前台都不至於，而這家酒店網上定價2k

朋友推薦的酒店，非常棒，個人認為，是長白山最好的酒店，沒有之一，和山腳下的酒店相比好太多，非常推薦，酒店的服務也很好。特別是酒店經理，點贊👍唯一建議是送機的時間再提前半小時就更好了

沒想到酒店竟然是人世間取景地，室外温泉可以看長白山，贈送滑雪也是體驗感拉滿，魯能滑雪有初級到，新手友好，相比之下萬達賽道挑人了。再説一下服務，整體東北人熱情豪爽，很開心，特別感謝一對一管家CoCo，以及前台的小姐姐和小哥哥，謝謝你們讓我們感受東北的熱情與周到

來了很多次度假區了。服務很好。在這裏特別感謝我們的管家Ricky。全程服務很好，東北很冷，但是人心很熱。雖然偶爾有些小插曲，但是都能幫我們圓滿的解決。酒店沒有熱水，管家得知我是為了鍛鍊身體後洗澡，安排車送我到另一家酒店的健身房鍛鍊，直接在健身房洗完了。還細心的幫我準備了水，和香蕉，鍛鍊後可以迅速補充。心很細。
設施:酒店風景很好。觀景台可以看到長白山。這一點好評。早餐中規中矩。比較遺憾，可能是因為淡季原因吧。酒店的泡池沒開。房間偶爾沒熱水。
白山黑水野可以。以後有機會還會再來的。
