"Absolutamente absurdo sobre este hotel. Tenemos un hijo de unos 7 años; estuvimos aquí hasta la 14:00 y seguimos esperando una habitación. No tuvo nada que ver con todo esto, pero la gente se descontroló. Había bebés y esto no fue la peor pesadilla. Que le den una paliza a la gente de recepción porque no se lo merecen. Y esperamos que nos devuelvan el dinero. ¡A las 18:42 o lllok, seguimos esperando la habitación!"

"I'm back after three years... and what a surprise! Since my last visit, the facility has improved dramatically in many ways. Starting with the dining room, where the quality is immediately noticeable: the service is more attentive, the staff more helpful, and the food is decidedly better. Special praise goes to Dorde and Duliana, two truly professional, polite, and kind managers. They listened to us and anticipated our needs, especially those of my partner, who is lactose intolerant. They made us feel truly welcome, without ever making us feel burdened. And the other dining room staff were always friendly and helpful, so kudos to the entire team! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, as were the pool area and bar service, where we enjoyed relaxing. Even at reception, we found the staff always smiling and helpful, ready to answer any questions and accommodate any needs. We had requested a centrally located room, and they accommodated us with ease. Overall, a much better stay than our previous visit. It's nice to see a facility investing in improvement and truly putting the customer first. We'll be happy to return!"
