Hakata Excel Hotel Tokyu

Luego venía otra recepcionista a atenderme.

The location is very convenient, and the staff are polite and friendly. The only downside is that the room is a little small. The breakfast was very nice, with a great variety of food to choose from. Definitely a thumbs up! 👍 I like the fruit juice most

Superb! Everything is beyond my expectations. Hotel rate has become insane in Fukuoka for the time period of my visitation. Initially Okura was my last option coz their room rate seemed still fair as a 5 star hotel. Luckily I had hesitation coz it doesn’t really worth it for a solo traveller only for sleeping and eventually I found this hotel! Hotel staff are all warm and polite. And I think they really check on your special request. Special thanks to the male staff that assist me with my check in. Sound proof is great that you hear nothing inside the room even when the housekeeper was cleaning next door. The air con is strong enough and gentle though. Majority of hotel guest is mandarin speakers but anyway, overall I had a very pleasant stay in here. Lastly I am not American, the review here always shows that I am American but I am not. I am Asian from a small place. And the steak house right next to it is just very so so.

Amazing location right beside a subway station, room was large, our only gripe was that there was only one clothes dryer compared to the 2 washing machines so there was a large wait after you washed your clothes before you could dry them.

This hotel is a bit pricey but good value for money. It’s because the location is very convenient,8 min walk to Tenjin department stores, direct access to Ichiran Headquarters and 5 min walk to Nakasu yatais,3 min further to Hakata Canal City.On top of that, this hotel offer cozy rooms, comfy beds, which literally recharged me every day after tiring walks in the city.Definitely gonna stay there again next time I go to Fukuoka!

Excellent location and huge room. So many amenities in the vicinity and its literally in front of Ichiran Ramen headquarters. Definitely recommended for families to stay here.
