Excellent location with canal view. 3 mins walking distance to Canal City Mall which you can walk a whole day. Marvellous shopping and dinner experience. We have booked two rooms, one for 3 people and the other one for 4 people. Both are very small, which you cannot open all suitcases at the same time. The room is just fit for sleeping and shower, no space for other things. Not worth the price as we are staying there for two dsys during Christmas. The corner room #703 for 4 people is very noisy the whole night as you hear the wind blowing from the window.

Quiet amidst the hustle and bustle! Canal City Hakata is right next door, and there are also convenience stores. Prices are affordable.

Large spacious rooms, conveniently located within walking distance to Canal City Hakata and the Yatai street. There's no staff on location but they are reachable via the check-in tablet and are very responsive. One night my door jammed and we called the staff past midnight to help fix it. They arrived within 15 mins and was very helpful. Rooms are clean but the mattress and pillow covers are hit and miss - there were dried stains on the ones in my parents room, and one of my rooms pillow cover had a few strands of hairs on it. Hence one point deducted for cleanliness. Overall would highly recommend for groups.

The hotel locates in between Tenjin and Hakata and it is close to the Canal City Hakata which is very convenient. Self check in is easy to use and the room is spacious. A very comfortable stay.

The location of this property is truly superb. It's within easy walking distance to both Hakata Station and Canal City, with a fantastic selection of restaurants right on your doorstep. You really don't need a car to stay here. The room itself is very spacious, especially by Japanese standards for 3-4 people. It's includes a separate living room, a washing machine, and divided bathroom and toilet—all of which made our family stay incredibly convenient. The only downside was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. Overall, a great stay for the space and location!

Walking needed as it’s not in the city centre but easy access to any location

Living room furniture layout could be improved for bigger groups for easier movement. Would be a bonus if the dryer can be combined with the washing machine in the room as it's inconvenient to bring it down. Cleanliness was excellent with great toiletries provided. No parking facilities but since Canalside provides affordable parking, it's perfectly fine. There is a shopping center nearby and donki is also walking distance so everything is fine.

Comfortable stay, close to the mall. Walking distance to the train stations.

Very close to Canal city and walkable distance to Hakata station. However, the accomodation only offers limited service. E.g. no large car reservation

It is only suitable for a couple. For first 2 nights, there was 4 of us, and it was very cramp. If 2 people and the sofa bed not set up, then more comfortable. Location right at canal city tourist area. Big malls nearby, so shopping and food no problem. Parking is on the street parking, but always available.

Great location! Walkable to Canal City and Family Mart. full of facilities in the room, fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine, shampoo, bath soap, I love that the room can seperate to 2 bedrooms which match my group. And the terrace is so stunning..
