I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient Overall, it’s a good hotel

Very nice place to make as a base for several nights stay in Fukuoka. All the facilities are in working order: washing machine, hot water, bathtub, stove, TV. Big enough place to have 4 people but can be tight. Perfect for 2 people. If you want to cook yourself because of dietary needs, Sunny grocery store is nearby. If you want to eat out, there are tons of places nearby, including one with monjayaki and unadon. The hotel is unmanned, check in yourself with instructions sent to you. If you need luggage storage or to send/receive luggage, this hotel is not for you. The hotel is walkable from Akasaka subway station, which is accessible by elevator. I will definitely use this place again for the same value.

Overall location is perfect. Room Size is acceptable, the only concern is the bed frame is aging and very noisy when turning and affect the sleeping quality. Would prefer without bed frame

The hotel is with good location and the guidance for completing the checkin and checkout procedures are very detailed. The hygiene and facilities in the hotel is good but the bed mattress are combined with two single bed mattress which is the only thing that make us feel I uncomfortable. Other than this, all the other facilities are very comprehensive and the room is spacious.

My Best place to stay while in fukuoka. Big room beautiful bathroom other services is best . Only need to go backside hotel street for first day while check in 5 min walking distance. Location is good .

酒店地理位置絕了，步行5分鐘就能到地鐵站，周邊商場、小吃街一應俱全，出行覓食都超方便。早餐種類超豐富，中西式都有，新鮮水果、現做咖啡、熱乎點心任選，吃得特別滿足。最驚喜的是服務，晚上想借個充電器，客服幾分鐘就送到房間，還貼心帶了小零食。退房時更是高效，全程不用等。性價比這麼高的酒店真的少見，已經推薦給朋友了，下次來還住這裏！

위치가 좋습니다. 주변에 식당과 편의점 많고 공항선 아카사카역 가깝습니다. 텐진시내 걸어갈수 있고 버스정류장 여러군데 있어 미술관, 동물원, 하카타근처 등 주요 관광지 다 갈수 있습니다. 1층에 네네치킨이 입점해 있습니다. 메일로 오는 주소로 들어가 사전체크인하고 Qr 캡쳐해놓는게 편합니다. 1층현관 비번 따로 있습니다. 더블침대 두개가 있고 욕실겸 세탁실과 화장실이 분리되어 있습니다. 싱크대와 식기 조금 있습니다. 옷장이 매우커서 캐리어를 옷장안에 넣을수 있습니다. 다른 옷장은 여분의 매트리스가 안에 들어있었습니다. 가족여행에 적합한 곳입니다. 일본의 다른 숙소들 보다 방이 큽니다. 4일동안 청소는 별도로 해주지 않았습니다. 해서 수건도 추가되지 않았습니다. 화장실이 분리된건 좋으나 작고 건식이라 청소가 잘 될수없는 구조라 냄새가 좀 있었습니다. 가족끼리가기엔 좋은거 같아 담에도 이용할 생각입니다. 사진들은 숙박 둘째날 찍어서 처음 상태와는 다르게 정리가 안된상태임을 감안해서 보세요.

整體來說環境，位置都很棒，唯二缺點就是地處居酒屋燒烤店半夜都有喝醉的人大聲講話。再來就是它的床架是組合型的可能是鬆了…翻身都會吱吱咔咔好像快散架了。也無法多加棉被。 結論還是推薦給大家。

這房間剛進去的時候味道很大，但是好在它有落地通風窗，開了一天後第二天進門就基本沒什麼味道了 房間裏面的牆布和地毯覺得很舊也有點臟，但床單被罩都是很乾凈的 浴室很好，很乾凈，還有分離 廚房有點小臟，但可以接受 總的來説，對的起這個價格，畢竟現在福岡的酒店普遍有點貴，這家還算便宜的了 但他絕對不值四星，我覺得3星差不多

일단 침대 넓고. . 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있어서 좋앗어요.냉장고도 일반적으로 컷고 가스 사용이 가능해서 애기들 잇는 가정은 편할듯 헙니다

周邊環境食肆集中，在旺區內，搵食容易。行去天神十幾分鐘，交通轉換方便，商店種類多，購物一流。但酒店本身房子好舊，地下check in 位置暗黑感覺污糟殘舊。房內設備舊有污（雪櫃、微波爐、煮食爐），浴室內亦無掛衣位置。睡覺時轉身，床框會有吱吱聲，都幾嘈
