I realised within 5 seconds of booking that I had gotten the date wrong by 1 day. I contacted trip.con and the hotel before I even received the confirmation email and they refused to do anything to help, basically stealing my money in the process.
I will never use another IBIS hotel as long as I live, they have lost me as a customer forever

Pas de salle de bain ok mais la douche avec une porte trouée et demie transparente dans une chambre pour 3 personne est exagérée.

Me salvaron de un aprieto muy feo, el hotel es cómodo y queda en un lugar seguro, que para Frankfurt es decir mucho. El desayuno vale la pena no por su variedad, pero llena lo suficiente. No es un 5 estrellas pero si tienes un viaje corto vale la pena la inversión.

Basic and unpretentious, cost effective hotel.
It's clean and warm, and surprisingly spacious for the price.
Not really near the main touristy area of Frankfurt but easily accessible with tram or U-banh

Short family stay for 2 nights for the NFL game, very nice small room with own bathroom and separate WC, quiet rooms. Very nice cold buffet breakfast including gluten free options for 2 of our party

This is a budget hotel with minimal amenities which is fine with one night stay. The check in was quick and seamless. Additional request was fulfilled without any problem.

The rooms were very large and clean. The area was walkable to Cafe and restaurants.
I did not know budget meant really hard beds, and awful pillows. I don't think the AC was working never did figure it out. If looking for city stay it is good for a quick few hours of sleep. I would not recommend for a longer stay for comfort.

The room was very small. The shower was very small too. There was smoke smell on the floor we lived . The air conditioning didn’t work at night. It was hot my family and I couldn’t go to bed. mosquitoes bitten us all night.
I personally do not recommend this place.
