El agua del baño no dejaba de correr, pero es un hotel nuevo y el personal es amable. Está a pocos pasos de la estación Messe y se puede oír el ruido de los trenes y los coches desde la ventana.

La habitación estaba limpia en general. No hay servicio de limpieza por noches consecutivas, pero si dejas tus toallas afuera, te las cambiarán por toallas nuevas. Hay un gran centro comercial cerca, que también tiene un supermercado, por lo que es conveniente.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio, la habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. Tuvimos suerte de conseguir una habitación en la parte más tranquila. El servicio fue bueno y eficiente. Pequeño punto negativo de la situación, ya que el hotel se encuentra en una zona en desarrollo y que no siempre parece segura, especialmente por la noche. everything was great and clean, apart from the shower. it appeared as if the outside of the shower had not been cleaned, as it had hair all around it. the staff was really kind tho

The location is perfect for the people who loves downtown areas but the staffs service is not welcoming like a neutral. The price is fair if you booked far away from the date when you want to travel. The decoration is not too bad but even they don’t prepare for bed sheets for the guests. For price you can consider but for facilities I don’t want to recommend

Worst experience ever. The staff was unhelpful and uncooperative. I requested an early check-out and a refund due to service issues, as my booking was an advance payment, but they outright denied my request without offering any solution. Very disappointing service.
