El hotel es el único hotel de lujo de la zona, muy moderno y un poco oscuro para mi gusto. Antes me gustaba el diseño de Hoteles , pero ahora mi sabor ha cambiado y aprecio más diseños . El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy cerca de la calle. We stayed here for one night before we flew out of Frankfurt home to the U.S. I picked it because it was right across the street from the train station (or so someone told me). It's technically not ”right across the street.” You need to cross the street and walk maybe a block, turn left and it's right there, just in case you're like us and dragging luggage with you. There are also taxis that just sit outside the hotel if you ever need one. We are also Bonvoy members and I had enough points so that I could pay cash and points for this hotel. I reserved a junior suite because we needed a room that could accommodate us and our 12-year-old daughter. It is surprisingly difficult to find this in Europe. I called the hotel when I booked the room maybe a month or two in advance to make sure that the junior suite could indeed accommodate us and I was told it would (the pictures of this room on the Bonvoy website are not clear--where exactly in the room is the extra bed? There isn't one. It's a rollaway. This is why I called). When we arrived, there was some confusion or a problem with getting our room with an extra bed, and that's when I reminded them that I specifically called the hotel and asked if such a room could accommodate us and I was told yes. Whatever the problem was, they got it sorted out and we had a rollaway delivered to our room when we got up there. My suggestion is that if you need an extra bed(s) for your kids, call them the day before you arrive to (re)confirm that there will be a rollaway and/or the room you reserved will indeed accommodate your family. The junior suite is not very big, but it was fine for the three of us for one night. It's true that the hotel is not in the nicest area, but you can walk to the Rhine and restaurants. If I were staying more than one night and didn't have to fly out early the next morning, I would have stayed farther in town. The bed was very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good--at least it was a lot better than the breakfast at the other hotel where we stayed before coming to Frankfurt, lol. The eggs were not rubbery and overcooked, and the food selection was just better overall.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

Aunque conocido por las instalaciones de té con calor, el dispensador estaba vacío (shampoo y lavado de cuerpos) cuando el supervisor de la casa vino a comprobar y se informó que la sustitución era una marca diferente (Malin & Goetz) extraño para un hotel que se enorgullece del té blanco El agua de la versión del hotel no se sustituyó completamente en un día, sólo después de que el recuerdo recibió agua. También durante la estancia dos veces el supervisor de la casa vino a comprobar, golpeado y inmediatamente entrado que debería ser ajustado y dar a los huéspedes un poco más de tiempo para reaccionar. botón de baño no funciona correctamente. Desayuno abundante y personal muy amable. En general, a pesar de las cuestiones de mantenimiento de la casa, un hotel agradable.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

Hotel confortable y de fácil acceso en transporte público. Puedes llegar al centro histórico y otras excelentes zonas para comer a pie. Amplia habitación con cafetera nespresso y bolsitas de té incluidas. Apreciar el agua en la habitación todos los días. El único defecto fue no habernos dicho que para limpiar la habitación era necesario poner el cartel en la puerta que estaba, entre otras cosas, escondida detrás del televisor. De cualquier manera, buena experiencia, volvería.

Good Frankfurt hotel. Not the perfect location right now since the Hauptbahnhof is under renovation, the exit that leaves you by just one street away from the hotel is closed so you need to make a huge turn around to get near. The views of the river are great to have a relaxing afternoon. The breakfast was ok. I requested a crib and it was in good shape but also, as in other Ibis brand Hotels, big bootle multipurpose shampoo-hand wash-body wash that sometimes is too hard to skin.

Depending on what your needs are, this place is top notch. For us, it was a place to stay close to the Frankfurt Main train station. As previously mentioned, the area is a little dodgy but we felt safe the whole time. The customer service at this hotel exceeded our expectations; friendly smiles, warm welcomes - most definitely the place to stay if you are doing day trips from Frankfurt or transiting through. It’s very clean and both rooms we were given on 2 seperate occasions worked well for us. Yes there are 3 steps from the lift (on each floor) but they are do-able. We came back for a second stay so it must be alright ❤️

Reservamos una habitación para 3, nos dieron la del último piso. La puerta de la ducha del baño estaba mala no cerraba y estaba mala (se caía). Reclamamos cuando llegamos y nos dijeron que al día siguiente la reparaban, a la mañana siguiente hicimos un segundo reclama la habitación no tenía las ampolletas de las lámparas que están al lado de la cama. Reclamamos y fue lo único que no repararon. La puerta de la ducha nunca la repararon y no nos cambiaron de habitación. Por suerte estuvimos 2 noches. No lo recomiendo, poca preocupación del turista.

La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy fácil. La hermosa dama de la recepción puso etiquetas en nuestros bolsillos junto al escritorio y nos ocupamos de nuestra empresa, suponiendo que se colocarían en una habitación segura. Nos decepcionó ver nuestros dos casos a la vez que volvimos a la oficina para comprobar. El sabado por la noche, se celebraba una fiesta muy alta hasta después de las 4:00, un par de habitaciones, lo que significa que apenas tenemos dormir. A las 4:00, podía oír la agitación en el pasillo, así que abri mi puerta de dormitorio para pedirles que se callen. No me pareció aceptable que un conductor de entrega tuviera acceso a los dormitorios a esa hora de la noche. La puerta está abierta y nos caminamos libremente hasta el tercer piso sin preguntas. Normalmente las puertas delanteras de los hoteles son manejadas durante la noche para garantizar la seguridad de sus huéspedes. El hotel no se sentía seguro. El mini frigorífico estaba muy bien almacenado y cuando me desplazaba para prosecco (que está en el menú de minibar) me informó que no tenían ningún. El hotel está en una habitación doble, pero no tiene una cama doble. Dos camas solteras se mueven fácilmente de la pared cuando se sienta en la cama. El baño era agradable pero huele a partir de la drenaje.

El lugar está bien en gral. El internet es lento. La cama es un problema. Es chica. 1.40 de ancho. Nosotros reservando para 2 personas nos dieron esa cama. Deberían tener camas grandes en todas las habitaciones. La recepcionista al decirle del tema nos respondió que deberíamos haber reservado la habitación con cama extra grande. Sinceramente no sabíamos que existía dicha opción. Mala combinación que castiga lo demás bueno del lugar. No se puede cobrar ese precio por día y tener esa cama pensada para 2 personas. El precio que se paga no puede implicar tener una cama de plaza y media para 2 adultos. Armamos el sofá cama y dormimos en camas separadas.

Reservé una habitación de 30 m2 con cama matrimonial y un área de estar. Cuando me quejé, el personal sin cortesía continuó diciendo que ”las habitaciones dentro de los estándares”, sin proponer ni una alternativa ni una devolución. No volveré a ir allí. Me alegro de que booking.com me dio la devolución que se negaron, reconociendo mis razones. Reservé y pagó una habitación de 30 mq con cama matrimonial y una zona de salón. Me encontré en una habitación con mucho menos de 30 mq, sin zona de salón y con una cama a una plaza y media. Y el personal, tanto burocrático como insensato, continuó diciendo que ”la habitación está en los estándares”, sin proponer ni una solución alternativa ni ofrecer un reembolso. Un aplauso a booking.com que reconociendo mis razones obvias me dio el refuerzo que me fue negado por el hotel

La ubicación es muy buena, todo alrededor es un lugar donde se puede limpiar. Goeders vive en dos minutos a pie, sólo unos minutos a la catedral, y a IV comprar y comprar también unos minutos, y a los ríos americanos también unos minutos... La habitación no es grande, pero la decoración es muy nueva y el desayuno también es bueno.

Reservé el hotel para un amigo. El sitio es muy bueno. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren de Frankfurt Sur y es muy conveniente tomar el autobús y el metro. Aunque la habitación del hotel es pequeña, está limpia y es cómoda, ¡y la experiencia de registro es muy buena!
