COMPANY NAME: Insight Hospitality Management 10359 Orangewood BLVD B Orlando, FL Manager Contact: Natalia CEO: Unknown To Date DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could rate 0- I would! There are several others who rent in the same communities as IHM and offer 5 star service for the same price. I started using this company in 2012. The management has completely changed for the WORSE! Booked 9 nights/ 10 days May 9-May 19th. From the day we checked in we have had to call & email at least 3-4 times a day with issues still not being resolved. Ice despenser does not work and was never fixed, pool screens were completely out which allowed for bugs to invade the pool area, hot tub drained the 1st 4 days every time the jets were turned on, when finally “fixed” hot tub was 114 degrees…temperature was adjusted but was cold. We did pay $140 to have the pool and hot tub heated but it was never at a level of comfort for use, TV’s in rooms were not set up to watch, they came to replace them but took consoles & remotes from other rooms, leaving them without TV, sheets in master bedroom and pillow had to be changed the first night because of stains. My husband and son in law had to duck tape the screens…shown in pic until Day 7- someone decided to show up and fix them after we sent videos of us trying to fix ourselves. To date we are still awaiting a response from the management team and they have continued to ignore us. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!
