Amazing place! My friends and I chose this hotel for the kids to play in the pool. The kids were very happy to play in the pool, there was also a foam party. In the evening there was an open-air cinema in the hotel garden. Very tasty breakfasts. I recommend!

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The restaurant isn’t great, but there are a few restaurants that can easily be reached by taxi.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel environment is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Our room was upgraded for free, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, there was no deposit required, making the process even more convenient. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, adding to our comfort.

I'm not one to complain and the amenities were very nice. Our problems started when they cleaned the room on our first and subsequent days. The man cleaning smelt like cigarettes and left his muddy shoe prints all over the room. Pillow cases were not changed or cleaned and the bed was just simply made. When we had washing to be done the hotel said it will be done the same day and the washing was not done but we had to leave so we just took our dirty washing back. I loved the location and felt truly at peace if these things were addressed I'd rate this better than visiting Sanya. Loved the gardens and the pond with the bull frogs. If you come to the hotel there is a shop to buy mosquito spray. You will need the spray for the room as stray mosquitos get in but it's not a major issue.

Very good, well located, very clean, quiet. I really enjoyed my stay.

My kids loved it. Swimming pool was family friendly and breakfast was beyond amazing and we had a great time.

It’s a pretty decent Hotel, although I wish they could maintain it more.

Hotel is very old. Pictures don't correspond to today reality. All the territory is uncared, dirty. Fontain is not working. Swimming pool is working till 10.30 in the morning.and then from 15.30!!!..how is is possible for resort hotel?. No sun bads at all. Changing rooms are ruined,dirty and full of mold. The hotel room was good same as the picture but we still got huge cockroaches inside. Restaurant was amazing... The best experience for the stay was our dinner.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the pool which was clean and big. We were shocked by the so called Western restaurant . First they didn’t let us in for dinner saying it was full. After complaining in the reception they asked us to wait for an hour or so until the other visitors leave. Then they served tasteless sweet pizza, a sweet soup which had nothing to do with Russian borchsh . The room wasnt clean at all. Dirty carpets, the bathroom was not clean too, old furniture. The wifi was disconnecting and was too slow.

Really nice rooms with comfortable and very clean bathroom. Unfortunately we didn't get to test the pool or other services. Food and drinks in the resort lobby, quick self-service laundry on the floor's common area.

前台工作人員有些區別對待，同樣辦入住，會為其他客户介紹早餐吃飯地方，晚上有篝火晚會什麼的，笑臉相迎！到我們辦入住的時候 冷臉冷語，問一句回一句，像擠牙膏一樣。 設施老舊，又遇春節，酒店隔音不好，臨近十一點還有人在酒店外面放煙花。 但是優點就是價格便宜，我們是途經附近隨便一搜，400 多價格，就這樣吧！ 一分錢一分貨

由香港的巴士直接到正苑門口，原來有免費suttle bus入度假村，但我不知道所以叫了滴滴進去，年初一至年初四住酒店，但新春期間健身室泳池髮型屋美容院全部關門，這個是我失預算的，幸好初二初三酒店有晚會又放煙花大人小朋友都感受到氣氛這個是很好的安排，甚至坐在房間裏望出窗外都能看到煙花。 自助早餐和晚餐真的麻麻哋，反而中菜廳有驚喜。 2樓房間是舊的3樓就是新裝修比較智能化，由於留在酒店沒有活動，所以每天都需要外出，去了長鹿樂園，草莓園，陳村，順聯廣場等等⋯⋯在**找了很多間總算找到一間是開門營業可以去做頭療及採耳。
