I'm very disappointed of this hotel, The room bathroom is dirty , Too bad service of the Chinese restaurant, One young man wasn't courtesy 😡😡😡😡, And the buffet western restaurant, When you check in on the restaurant entrance, After no body make care you, Nobody asks you need coffee or tea, this not 5star hotel service. I wish your hotel can improve their services for the future.

The hotel upgrade us to a bigger room upon check in .the room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious and have lots of items to choose from. The staffs were helpful and eager to fulfill all requests at the fullest. Thank you very much.

We paid the deposit. When we checked out of the hotel, we were told it would come back. But it never came back... we were upset.

We are very satisfied with our staying in this hotel our first visit in Foshan. Staffs are very friendly and our room got upgraded with ample space. Comfortable room with great city night view. We will visit again in the future!

Though most of the public areas like lobby, corridor and elevators look new, other areas look very aged. The hotel room interior seems to be a let down comparing to the images on line. The gym was rather horrible, 2 out of 3 treadmill were out of order. If you enjoy a good morning exercise you will be let down. I think the hotel is not maintained as well as it should be. It is far below an international brand standard. If you just want a clean room to stay, you should be ok, but not when you are used to other international IHG products you will be disappointed. Services in general are good especially the front office .
