The only thing makes me unhappy in my trip is because this hotel did not clean my room. They said I press the button of privacy and then no one did the room service. Anyway when I came back the hotel asked them to clean up immediately but nobody came to help. The rent of hotel is not cheap and I thought they really need to see the problem!!!

出差到北滘，初次入住全季酒店，感覺很好。
酒店大廳寬敞明亮，環境佈置的很舒心。房間設施齊全有檔次。酒店還有全自動洗衣機和烘乾機，免費讓顧客使用，我在此洗了衣服又做了烘乾，真方便👍。 酒店前台工作人員對人熱情，我諮詢了有關事情，她們都耐心講解，有問必答，服務周到，在此，表示感謝🙏

酒店車位比較多，還是免費停車。前台小姐姐服務都很好， 還幫忙免費升級，房間很好，床很舒服， 早餐味道好，種類也多。位置便利，周圍吃的也比較多，交通方便，很不錯的入住體驗，必須五星好評！

位置離地鐵站有一段距離，如擕帶小朋友不建議步行到酒店，最好打車。
酒店周邊有超市有食肆，尚算方便
房間超出預期，新淨，很滿意！晚間酒店周邊寧靜，挺舒服。
住兩天，早餐有點失望，種類不多。
另外有要求清潔房間，但房間地面未有清潔，用過之毛巾並沒有收走，換新，只換垃圾袋及整理其中一部分，這點有點失分，其他的挺滿意。如果有酒店專車更好。下次還會考慮住這裡。

帶小孩出行首選，到哪都先找全季。這次還給免費給升級了房型，房間很乾凈，設施簡單大方，還能提供小朋友拖鞋。很安靜，基本聽不到雜音，早餐菜品不算多但是齊全，還有現煮，吃的舒心。附近不熟悉，吃飯還給熱心介紹指路，服務很贊。

作為平時從事裝修行業的，去酒店我都會比較在意他們的裝修水平和用料的精細程度，還有房間內外是否隔音，這裏給我的體驗和審美滿意度非常不錯。最突出的是這個淋浴間，目測是1.3*1.3m的一個正方形，尺寸很舒適，用的是高檔的木紋磚，手感很不錯。淋浴花灑的鍍鉻層也很新，水壓夠大，熱水的量也十分充足，體驗感拉滿！🚿

酒店是去年開的，但是沒有一點味道，設備也是新的，房間有一個大窗視野很好，早餐種類豐富，前台服務很熱情，整體五星好評！！

一樓大廳的香氛很好聞。
房間很大，設施齊全，一鍵投屏，香氛機都有配備。最讓我喜歡的是有可以寫字的桌台。可以供孩子寫作業。
房間充電的插座很充足，可以滿足全家電子設備的充電需求。
印象比較深刻的是全季**的洗手液和沐浴露洗髮水，氣味比較好聞也很好用。
總之房間很新比較滿意。
