The grandeur of this hotel is totally amazing. The fragrance of the entrance and the room is so nice. This is the best hotel I've stayed so far. It's convenient as well. There are shops right outside. I highly recommend this hotel.

an excellent new age hotel with good electronic automation facilities. you can basically do anything like opening/closing of curtains and lights with voice command. great value for money.

住過多次，這次體驗最差👎房間電視機網絡不行，看個電視幾分鐘不到卡一次，呼叫前台維修了幾次都沒解決電視故障。晚上洗完頭髮發現吹風機上面好多灰塵，晚上睡覺反鎖門，發現防盜鏈已損壞且無人維修。多次和前台溝通協商解決方案，晚上很晚給出換房方案，大晚上且住下多時了，怎麼方便？退房當天和大堂經理協商，大堂經理態度不好，説話語氣重，把問題都推給顧客，根本沒有打算協商解決的誠意，衹是來推卸責任，真的很生氣😡氣在沒有誠意解決問題，不會自我檢討酒店本身硬件設施的問題，氣在酒店代表（大堂經理）的溝通態度！客户至上的服務理念何在？

房間很大很乾凈，還有一個小型衣帽間👍🏻浴室和廁所都很乾凈，沒有異味，廁所是智能廁板，坐上去暖暖的，舒服。春節的水果是桔仔，挺甜好吃。
唯一的不足之處是床頭有一個插頭有問題，但房務員很快便到達處理，比個贊。

房間非常新，乾淨。房間面積很大，超五星的裝修水準，前台幫忙升級了豪華房，贊一個。酒店大堂非常豪華氣派，前台的小姐姐很友好。下次出差還要入住！

- 酒店位置不是市中心區，叫車去嶺南天地或千燈湖至少20分鐘車程。
- 員工服務不多，房間原本有包自助早餐的 但全程登記入住時前台職員完全沒有提及，退房前突然記起詢問前台 才知道自助早餐在2樓10:00完結，那時已經10:05，幸好前台員工有即刻通知餐飲部同事安排我們享用早餐，因為早餐時間已結束，所以食物選擇不多。
- 房間大，裝修新，隔音也不錯。 但房間裏的智能小助手是壞的及其中一個床頭充電板也是壞的。
- 酒店旁邊有酒吧火鍋中菜等餐廳，尚算方便。

經常跟女兒住這裏，位置好，裝修豪華，新，樓下宴會廳早茶是佛山南海區比較好的餐廳，性價比高，而且出品一直都不錯
