The location was perfect. Our family came to go to the Zoo, and we were very close. The river and surroundings were very nice. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, from the lobby, to the pool area, to our room. Horace was extremely helpful to us. He was friendly and funny and let us know that he was there for anything that may come up. Marquita showed the helpfulness the next morning. We loved our stay and want to here each time we come to the zoo.

Easy access to bike/walking trails, shopping, and dining. Great free breakfast as well! Staff was nice and helpful.

We checked in with no problems. He was very friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. First time we stayed her for a night. We had a Dr appointment at Cooks children medical. Would recommend.

We were kept up all night by the trains. TV remote never worked. Do not recommend at all.

The pool was out of order, so that was disappointing, but the friendly and engaging staff made up for it! Everyone was so great!

Room was not super clean. Bath tub and bathroom floor had stuff on them. Carpet wasn't completely clean.
hot water for tea was luke warm .

It was clean, comfortable, and was close to the principal amenities in Fortworth and the hospital that was the main reason why I chosse Fairfield. I almost fprgot about the breakfast, it was delicious.
