This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big cockroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.

El hotel tiene todo lo que necesitamos. Todo el personal del frente de la mesa, BJ, que era absolutamente increíble y acomodable y cuidadoso y muy profesional y todo estaba almacenado y super limpio. ¡Gracias por su amableza y ir a la cima para hacer nuestra estadía lo mejor!!

Por primera vez vivimos en un hotel tan inesperado, la habitación es muy grande, la cama es muy grande, hay masajes, unas pocas chicas hermosas y un baño de lavandería. Sería mejor que una hermosa mujer estuviera acompañada.

Me gusto mucho el hotel, muy aseado y bueno, también tiene una excelente ubicación, me gusto mucho la comida del restaurante, el cocinero mayckol vivas me recomendó que comer y la comida estuvo deliciosa.

Es un Hampton Inn. Me encanta alojarme en el Hampton cuando puedo encontrar grandes ofertas. El desayuno está siempre a punto, así como el café y el servicio de la recepción. El gimnasio y la piscina son siempre tan agradables. Este Hampton era tan agradable como todos los demás en los que me he alojado. Tuve una estadía maravillosa aquí.

La única cosa que no esperaba era el estacionamiento de valet - parece haber una escasez de estacionamiento en esa zona y no esperaba tener que utilizar el estacionamiento de valet en el hotel y otros restaurantes / bares locales. Si no está seguro de dónde permanecer en la zona, reserva este alojamiento.

My husband and I had a good stay. The room was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Very quite and safe place to stay. The only bad thing was there pricing on the food and drinks they have down stairs. We got an ice cream really really small cup ice cream 7dollars( crazy). But still bought it and still ate it lol Thank you for a safe and quite place to stay.
