Valoraciones de Villa Tortorelli

1- No hay recepción, cuidado con los códigos de entrada. La descripción indica recepción 24 horas, así que me tranquilicé pensando que todo iría bien cuando llegamos sobre las 22:00. ¡NO HAY RECEPCIÓN! Todo es online y supuestamente te dan un código, pero revisé mi correo electrónico varias veces y no recibí ninguno. No había ninguna señal que indicara dónde estaba la entrada; llamé a los números de trip.com... sin respuesta. Finalmente, el número de la página web oficial me permitió contactar por WhatsApp y obtener los códigos de entrada. Todo el proceso duró entre 30 y 45 minutos a las 22:00. 2- El personal es súper amable. A la mañana siguiente, una señora preparó el desayuno y me hizo el check out; fue estupenda y muy amable. El personal es genial. 3- Desayuno. No hay palabras para describir lo delicioso y delicioso que es el desayuno. Realmente, vale la pena alojarse aquí solo por el desayuno. 4- Habitación. El baño era grande y limpio, y la cama era muy grande y cómoda. Sin embargo, no pude abrir el armario cerrado para usar las perchas (muebles viejos) y los cajones disponibles estaban llenos de polvo, por lo que era imposible poner ropa dentro.

La ubicación no es tan conveniente como la introducción, realmente tomó mucho tiempo caminar desde la estación de tren, luego simplemente tomamos un taxi. No hay recepción ni personal de servicio. La única dama vietnamita es Ruoying Ruoxian. Depende de la suerte conocerla el primer día que nos registramos. Como no hay recepción, ni siquiera podemos llamar a la puerta y llamar. Tocamos el timbre cuando entramos por primera vez a la villa. Al final, no funciona. Simplemente estaban afuera y entramos muy pasivamente. La habitación no es tan buena como en las fotos. Las instalaciones son antiguas y el espacio del baño es relativamente grande. El único punto brillante es La seguridad de la villa es buena, pero cuando necesitas ayuda, no recibirás ninguna respuesta. Considerándolo todo, realmente no recomiendo quedarse aquí.

However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

連住兩晚分別住兩個不同房間，房間都很大，晚上暖氣很足，整個房子都很温暖，冬天的時候泳池蓋着，但是環境悠閑安靜，能感覺到夏天在泳池邊應該很舒適。除了離中央火車站較遠外，其它都不錯

位置不錯，步行就可以到達很多知名景點，免費早餐也有一些選擇。適合喜歡尋找不一樣住宿體驗的旅行者,房間裏內飾也很獨特。
