The suite is spacious and clean! It’s about 15 mins walk from the station (Firenze SMN) and very close to the main attraction. Lady in the reception is SUPER nice and helpful. She answered WhatsApp promptly even if it’s late. She also recommended some good restaurants nearby (Restaurant La Ménagère is great, atmosphere is chill). We enjoyed the stay, thank you Residence Hilda!

比較推薦，只是沒有停車場，不過就在隔壁收費那種，比較靠譜，房間很大。適合多人。就是晚上中午沒前台，溝通英語還可以

這個旅店非常高大上，套間非常寬敞高大，衞生間都是新裝修的，非常乾淨，飯廳廚房間炊具齊全廚台乾淨整齊；睡房敞亮舒適。房間裏裝飾了許多水彩畫，畫風清淡高雅，我拍了幾幅風景畫。非常喜歡這套房間。強烈推薦這家旅店。

Ubicacion y trato excelente. Las instalaciones nuevas y limpias. Buena elección en Florencia . No es un hotel propiamente dicho pero muy agradable y a dos pasos del Duomo. Restaurantes en la misma calle y cafetería para desayunar en la puerta

Great stay the location is outstanding and the room is amazing with plenty of space and comfort which is not usual in other places inc. 2 sinks in bathroon :). it is close to the main piazza/ Duomo. Reception and elevator were helpful as we had many bags and a long trip.

Lovely apartment, great location near the city centre. Staff were exceptional, from arrival until leaving we were treated like part of the family. It was Hallowe’en while we were there and the communal area was decorated suitably, making our daughters stay even more special. Would stay again if in Firenze!!

This a very convenient hotel because of its location, hotel condition and mainly its great staff. The room was big well decorated with a lot of light. The bathroon was meticously clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to main attractions and lot of good restaurants and shops. The name "Hilda Residence" goes perfect to this highly personalized cozy hotel.

If you go to Florence, stay at Residence Hilda! You have your own modern apartment with kitchen. It is incredibly clean, hardwood floors, great bathtub; so pretty and great location! This was the best place we stayed in Italy. Valentina and Marzanna are so kind. They even found a cane for me when I hurt my ankle, so I could continue sight seeing. They had wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. They even knew great gluten free places. Their place is just a couple blocks from the cathedral complex and close to the train station. I would so stay there again. Say hello to them from us when you go!
