"Unfortunately we were only 4 days at Hotel Kristall, too short and that although our weather was not invited! From the first minute, we were very warmly welcomed at Barbara's reception. We booked half-pension, breakfast buffet did not open any wishes, the 5-fold night menu deserves an extra praise, very lovely made! Rooms review also gets full score, was always kept clean!!! Who wasn't at Hotel Kristall yet, we can recommend this hotel without any cancellation! TOP!!!!! Who has these employees can be proud of his team! Does continue so, we will certainly come back! "This was our third stay at this hotel! The Kröll family is very nice, and make your stay very pleasant. The hotel is in good position, rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very professional. The food is high quality, a lot of choice for everyone. The ski bus stops right at the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel, and we will come back, when we are in the area."

"En enero tuvimos una fabulosa vuelta de esquí al Hotel Persal. Nuestra familia de 10 personas era amigos y familias del Reino Unido e Irlanda. Este hotel de gestión familiar es cálido, pero nada es demasiado difícil. La casa de la ciudad es una de las principales habitaciones de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los mejores lugares de interés. La comida es una excelente fiesta austriaca tradicional, pero la lista de vinos es absolutamente el primer trato si es su caso. Tenemos una fantástica excursión, ya que el hotel está muy bien situado para llegar a un autobús local corto a la gondola (3 minutos) y un acceso rápido a la zona de esquí Penken evitando las copas en Mayrhofen. Gracias Team Persal. Esperamos estar de vuelta."

"Dear team of Hotel Kristall We are back in Switzerland. In the very hot, gay Switzerland. Packed bags, washing.... actually again ready for holidays in your great house. Our holiday was great. From the reservation to the hearty reception at arrival. It went on with the comforts of your house, the friendly and helpful staff. And sensationally the food was!! There was a difficult choice of the main gang. Or also the introduction to the very good and varied buffets. We took great bike tours and enjoyed the area in the Ziller Valley. At a rest day we used the mines and buses. It was fantastic! We are very happy to come back. Collenberg and Gantner from Switzerland"

"Qué hotel fantástico. Todo se hace a un nivel tan alto. El edificio es increíble, y todo alrededor es increíble también. Es obviamente muy bien pensado. Me disfruté especialmente de la sauna, y el desayuno era delicioso. Pero la mayoría de las cosas que realmente se demostraron fueron el servicio. Siempre fue amigable, muy útil, y muy a tiempo nunca tuvimos que esperar por nada. El equipo realmente no podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros. "We had an absolutely perfect stay. We stayed in a family room. The rooms were large, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the lift was fantastic and we used the shuttle daily. Our daily breakfast was hearty. We had cooked to order eggs, and a large selection of other delicious options. We were able to get back from our ski day for the daily cakes. The dinners were absolutely fantastic. You could fill up on just the buffet alone, but the three entree selections each night were all varied and delicious. I appreciated the local cuisine. The staff all deserve a shout out for being kind and friendly. We really enjoyed our interactions with them. Bobo and Atilla were fantastic and really helped make sure we were taken care of. The hotel was able to help with laundry service during our stay, they helped arrange transportation back to the Munich airport, we were able to purchase our lift tickets directly through the hotel. The ski lockers and boot dryers in the lockers were fantastic. I felt the hotel was a great value for everything it offered."
