"I had an incredible stay here ! Location and view - absolutely perfect 🫶🏻, breakfast and dinner - just incredible, so many options, the a la carte serving is divine, the menu is well organized, everything is fresh with local ingredients, was vert impressed. The staff 👌🏻👌🏻, very helpful, willing to speak with great details. The room - 🤌🏻❤️, super clean, comfy bed, great shower, all covered in wood, classy and so nice. A lot of parking places - outside and underground, daily snacks with sweets and freshly baked pizza - I could’t understand why this is not a 5 star establishment. Highly recommend it !!"

"I cannot thank the concierge, Yamam, enough for the exceptional support during my stay. The entire staff is dedicated to providing the best client experience possible. When we encountered a few challenges, they didn't just offer quick solutions; they thoughtfully assessed the pros and cons from our perspective, even if it meant extra work for their team. They have really went above and beyond!! The room itself was brilliant, and I had a very comfortable stay. My kids had a fabulous time playing in the snow right in our front yard! I also loved the wellness area, which had everything we needed, including a sauna, steam bath, and infrared options to help us relax. The dinner was also delightful. Highly recommend this hotel!"
