Una maravilla de trato por parte de todo el personal, excelentes instalaciones, todo cuidado al detalle, muy recomendable 👌🏻 Y la comida es de alto nivel también, caseroa, mucho sabor y con mucho criterio😍

El trato por parte de todo el equipo, empezando desde chaymae y terminando en el personal de cocina fue, inmejorable, la comida, todo un lujo, honestamente, nada que mejorar, gracias una y mil veces ❤️

Riad hermoso, lleno de lujo en cada detalle. El patio central es precioso con una fuente y mesas a su alrededor en donde se come rico. El desayuno es muy bueno en especial el yogurth y la cena deliciosa, la sopa harira y el vino de la región de Meknes muy bueno. Las habitaciones con camas ricas, todas las sabanas, toallas y batas de baño bordadas. El baño con todo lo necesario. Perosobre todo el personal muy amable y servicial. Destaco la ayuda en toda nuestra estancia de Ibrahim y las muchachas que nos atendieron en el hammam, en el restaurant, en la cocina y en la recepción. Maravillosa experiencia.

This was by far our favorite Riad from our recent trip (May 2023). The rooms were very comfortable, if a little small, but we weren’t there to spend time in our room. The courtyard is stunningly beautiful, and a wonderful place to take meals, or simply enjoy some quiet time. The staff was superb and met our every need. M. Ibrahim made sure there was a hot meal waiting for us after we arrived late following our van breaking down. I dream now of going there and spending two weeks in this lovely riad. Note: the rooms will not have views as the road is built up against other riads — the windows an are into the courtyard. There is a roof deck which we s it was raining. The road is also ver close to wonderful restaurants, the market, and beautiful historical sites.

The worst customer service i have even seen, you can waste the hole day calling, and you will not get any answer and if you get one, for sure it's going from the bell boy or maybe the Chef, and of you are lucky, by miracle got any answer from the front desk asking about availability, they can confirm but next day they will tell you we are over booked, my review is for travel agencies that they work with this place( for sure they know about this) but for those new ones who might be their first time, please make sure first that you will get rooms you have payed or going to pay for, and to be honest I wish you the best of luck if get even an answer for your phone call. Honestly the Riad is so beautiful, with excellent access, with very nice helpful stuff, except, the front desk lady.

Amazing riyad with the warmest of staff and helpful. We had a dinner and breakfast here. Dinner was pastilla for the vegetarians and lamb tagine for the others. Breakfast was served at the table each day and an assortment of made to order eggs , pancakes, breads , fresh fruit salad and fresh orange juice with coffee or tea. They have rooms of all sizes and some very spacious and some small. The bathrooms had modern faucets and water pressure was great. Some rooms are like up a turret and a bit of a hard climb. The courtyard is beautiful and a good place to hangout. Like most riyads rooms are a bit illventilated. One of the best Riyads we stayed in during our trip to Morocco.

Spent 3 nights in this lovely riad. Arranged by our travel company. Well chosen. Beautiful spacious room. Ample breakfast. Dedicated and accomidating staff. Stunningly beautiful public areas. Their restaurant was quite good. We ate all 3 dinners in house. Friendly bar with extensive wine list. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Absolutely phenomenal stay in all aspects. The staff was very helpful. Got the opportunity to meet with the owner. He was extremely friendly and shared his experience of building the beautiful hotel and how he made it so homely and comfortable. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fez.

Wonderful location, absolutely amazing service and very, very kind employees. For the price it is an amazing deal and I would go back. They pick up your luggage on the main street and take it for you to the Riyad. Breakfast was included in the rate and it is in the heart of the city.
