距離: 車站及市中心分別十分鐘左右, 還算方便. 隔條馬路就是海邊
酒店: 酒店設施有點舊, 清潔度及服務尚算可以.

Great stay at this very well located Premier Inn. Easy to get to. Ample hotel parking for £6/24hrs. Great town centre location for pubs and eateries. Room was spotless. Breakfast very good. Then there were the staff ...can I give the staff a 6* rating please? Absolutely brilliant. Thank you all

Great location for the Regent theatre. Parking available next door with plenty of spaces. Staff super friendly and helpful. Not highest level of Premier Inn I’ve stayed in , seem to be long overdue a revamp. Not all items available on the menu including drinks and disappointing no de caf tea! But would stay again if going to the theatre.

Lovely friendly staff, clean room and areas, good filling breakfast with lots of choice. Good check in and out times, was nice not to be rushed in the morning.

Air conditioning was not working at the hotel, staff didn't want to help and room was too warm to sleep.

Taylor checked me in, she was friendly and very professional. She assisted me with getting a better WiFi connection. I enjoyed my stay and decided to extend it by another two days. She made a real effort to find me a room (including searching and booking a nearby PremierInn) even though the hotel was fully booked. As soon as a room became available, she arranged to transfer me. Breakfast was great 👍🏾 everything was available, the place was clean and tidy. I'd recommend Premier Inn Ipswich Town Centre for Families and Couples as the rooms were spacious and tidy. They had all the necessary mod cons. Great staff. Thank you all very very much.

Great location, everything as it should be really with a premier inn, The staff we met on the Saturday before we left for our wedding we were guests at we’re on point. Funny, cheerful, helpful, offered to take a few photos of me and my wife before we left aswel, couldn’t have been more helpful. Tay and a lady whose name we didn’t get but she is expecting a baby, absolute credit to you as they were just brilliant. Well done you two 👍🏻

We had a very good stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the room was a good size and very clean. Great location by the marina and close to the town centre. We even had a box of chocolates left in our room for us. Thank you. We'll be back.
