Hoteles cerca del Kusum Vatika, Distrito de Faridabad

Stayed at this property for several nights for business. This was the only property in Greater Faridabad area close to my work location. Am really finding it difficult to find any positive in this hotel except that the room was spacious and the a/c was working fine. Now let me get to the the Not so Good: 1. Bed linen was very dirty and run down. Everything was blackish white. Bed sheets, pillow covers, quilt cover and everything was run down and covered with pilling. Let’s not talk about towels am sure you all get the picture!! 2. WiFi speeds were pathetic. One couldn’t browse basic websites. Numerous complaints led to nothing. 3. The bathroom doesn’t have any shower mat so be very careful as the tiled floor gets very slippery when wet. 4. They only give face towels on request but I’d recommend that you get your own for obvious reason!! 5. In room dining rates are very high as if that’s the only way they make money. A pathetic coffee costs Rs 200/-. Food is terrible so it’ll be better to step out and eat. 6. Maintenance and housekeeping don’t have any sense about not making noise when room is occupied. There is regular corridor rug cleaning at 11.00pm and they only stop when you complain. 7. Breakfast is terrible. The restaurant is full of fruit flies and mosquitos. Tables, chairs are filthy. Menu is limited to 4 items plus tea, coffee and 1 juice. 8. TV channels don’t work. As per the hotel the TV is smart TV and you need to use your own account to sign in if you want to watch Netflix, Disney Hotstar, etc. 9. Car parking is not of the hotel. One has to park the car in the open market parking. Come this hotel if you only need a room with a/c to sleep and have no more expectations otherwise save your money and find another. It’s pretty clear that the establishment is not looking at offering any positive experience!!

Oh wow, what a fantastic experience we had! The events were just perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Special shoutout to bani and chef Tara – they really went above and beyond! This is definitely one of the top hotels for marriage celebrations. Everything flowed so smoothly, making our day all the more special. Highly recommend it if you're planning something beautiful!

It was great stay at Raksha Suites, Property is built nicely and all the rooms are need & clean and spacious to, the food was very delicious and banquet was also good nice hospitality and easy to find its near knowledge park 2 metro station only 2 mint walking distance. Definitely recommend this property.

Very good hotel for stay. Rooms very clean. A warm welcome by front office staff. Restaurant staff very good and so helpful specially dayanand and Shailesh, Kamal, Preeti very polite. Restaurant manager Hemant have very good nature. Food is very good and so delicious. Thanks for park plaza team.

Viaje maravilloso, este hotel está en un parque industrial. No me atrevo a salir salvo en un coche alquilado, pero está muy cerca de la sala de exposiciones. El primer día que nos registramos mostró que el hotel había deducido correctamente el cargo. Cuando llegamos a la recepción, dijimos que no lo habíamos recibido y pagamos de nuevo. Nos decidimos por una habitación con dos camas individuales, y resultó que mejoramos la cama de matrimonio. ¿Qué le parece, una cama grande, que no es particularmente grande, y luego le pidió que se cambiara a una cama doble normal? No entendieron hasta que nos fuimos al mediodía, siempre diciendo que no se recibía la primera pluma. Estuvimos tres días. Durante este período, también contactamos a Ctrip. Ctrip siempre decía que estaba en contacto. No hubo progreso. Paguemos el dinero. Si deducimos Ctrip, lo resolveremos. ? Luego comencé a decir que tienes que tener esto y aquello, el servicio de Ctrip en esta área es demasiado basura, mucho peor que adónde ir. Finalmente al mediodía dijimos que estábamos a punto de perder el avión, y el hotel finalmente llamó al banco para confirmar que el dinero había sido recibido. Antes siempre nos poníamos en contacto con el banco. Llamamos a ICBC y buscamos servicio al cliente. Su hotel dijo que nos dejarían ir a ICBC. Una llamada telefónica, tres días después, ¡tíranos! Entonces el servicio de atención al cliente de Ctrip no hace nada, ¡es realmente terrible! Si no recibimos el dinero, pagamos $ 800 o $ 900 adicionales, ¡o perdemos el avión! ¡Nadie es responsable!

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott was amazing. The hotel staff is very cooperative be it front desk or restaurant staff or housekeeping staff Mr. Ganesh. They all ensured that my daughter’s first birthday was a memorable day for everyone. Thank you so much for the amazing stay. Thank you for the amazing and beautiful cake for my daughter’s birthday.

Esta propiedad es muy bonita. Teníamos una hermosa estancia. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, la piscina tiene una hermosa vista, pero está muy llena cuando estuvimos allí el domingo. Las habitaciones del hotel estaban completamente empacadas. El desayuno y la cena también eran buenas. Muy agradable hospitalidad. Estoy seguro de que le recomiendo que se quede aquí. He estado en todas las propiedades de Taj,Vivanta, embajador y la puerta del resort y tuve un buen tiempo. La hospitalidad es buena si es el mantenimiento de casa, el campanario, la guarda de la vida de la piscina, jefe.

Firstly in any hotel you face the reception staff the moment you step in. We were so amazed by the way we were treated by Pinky! she was just superb!! Thanks to her for understanding my problem and upgrading the room! Thank you Pinky ! Rahul who is GM attended me personally since I had accsess priblem assured me the best! Overall well mannered staff, good rooms! Superb services! Regenta is worth the experience

El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y con baño completo, el personal de mantenimiento ramsewak fue muy útil, ofreció un gran servicio durante nuestra estancia, nos gusta la comida, spa, piscina, volveremos a este hotel de nuevo.
