Amazing place to stay cannot fault it at all- room very nice and spacious with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. the location was perfect for visiting Cape cod and Martha’s Vine Yard. Jenny the host could not have been more helpful and friendly from giving us recommendations for places to eat and drink to providing us with beach towels and after sun cream! Such a lovely host!

I enjoyed my stay very much! I was here for one night…I arrived off of the Peter Pan bus from Boston Logan and walked to the motel. I checked in to a cozy room that was clean & comfortable. I was able to walk to different dining options as well as a nice morning sunrise walk to the beach. All in all the location was great and all of the staff were friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great. Did as it said on the tin. Close to the Main Street and a 10 min stroll to the beach or to the ferry port (Island Queen). Cute little motel which was comfortable, well equipped with friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again, good value. If you are a runner like me, it’s a gorgeous 7mile run to Nobska lighthouse and back, really one of the most beautiful runs I have ever done.

Town and Beach is set in a great area. Upon arrival we were met with instant kerb appeal, it was so lovely. The accommodation was so clean, staff so friendly, and within easy walking distance of the town. I would most definitely go there again.

The pillows are fluffy, The rooms are quite clean. The staff is so helpful, Not one of them mean. Within walking distance to all downtown, The restaurants, shops and the ferry. A stay at the Town & Beach Motel, Will make you both happy and merry.

Had a fantastic stay at this charming family owned motel. Room was super clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Motel has a perfect location on the main drag and can walk to everything downtown. The owner was friendly, knowledgeable and had the best restaurant recommendations. It’s a short walk to the beach and they even provide beach chairs and umbrellas if needed. I love the service and the charm of a family owned motel and this one really made me feel like I was visiting the old cape, would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!!!

We had the best time staying at the Town & Beach Motel. Everyone working there was so nice & accommodating. It felt like the old days of travel when you actually got to know those running the desk. The motel was clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy walk from motel to anywhere in town. Lovely area. We will definitely return.

These are basic units but everything works, very close to downtown. Our experience with the owner allowed us to discover lots of wonderful side trips and places to eat. For a most delightful experience in Falmouth, we'd recommend staying here!

We loved our stay at the Town and Beach Hotel! Virginia, the owner, was so welcoming upon our arrival and gave us lots of great tips on what to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and right in the heart of shopping and dining in beautiful coastal Falmouth. I was there on a girl's trip with a friend and the location was so convenient ~ just a 15 minute walk to the ferry dock where we departed for a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard. I would stay with Virginia again!

We LOVED this place. Comfortable bed and pillows, very kind staff, and the perfect location. Such a great place right in the middle of town, plenty to do and place to watch live music in downtown and super easy to get to martha's vineyard. Such a great spot!

My husband John and I went here for his Birthday Getaway. We stayed in Room #1. The king sized bed was extremely Comfortable and big enough to give us plenty of space between us seeing we have been married for 23 years now. Lol I loved the floors because they are Not carpeted and I feel like they are much cleaner. The room and the bathroom were very clean and that is very important to me because I am a housekeeper by trade and notice everything. Nice clean bedding and towels as well. Now just to be completely far, this is an old style motel which I like, but just as you walk in your door you notice a musty smell which seems to fade. And the sink does have some rust under the faucet, yet it's clean. The Girls that own it are Awesome and very Sweet and Fun to talk with. I will without a doubt go back to this place, however it will be with Girl Friends so I can just Chill.

I stay every year. Had another very comfortable stay. Again, this is a 50’s motel, not chrome and glass. Basic, but clean and friendly and helpful owner and staff. For me, it is like coming home each year. I will be back. I will just reiterate, read the reviews. If you want/need more than Virginia provided, stay elsewhere. Don’t book and then flame the property! If you should have a problem while you are staying, take it to Virginia or Terry and they will do their best for you. I will be back each time I can visit the Cape, and that is not a compromise. Plenty of hot water, good a/c, satellite tv, WiFi, comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, parking, easy walk to town,

We have stayed here a few of times. This motel is nicely appointed, low key and centrally located to downtown. The owner and front desk staff are friendly and helpful resources. They decorate the outside of the property nicely with pretty flowers. A great crash pad for a quick trip!

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. It looks like a 1950’s motel. The outside was nice but the inside not so much. The online pictures did not tell the whole story. The knotty pine walls were not varnished and scuffed. The beds were adequate but old and made noise when moving about. It had a small window air conditioner. The bathroom was partially updated. The sink was probably original to the 50’s with lots of rust. The floor looked original also and had loose tiles. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer so my husband went to the office to see if they had any and was told they had one if he needed it but he needed to turn off the air conditioner before he could use it.
