"Visité el hotel Idi a principios de los 90 y disfruté de una estancia muy relajante. La experiencia fue tan buena y guardo tantos recuerdos agradables que decidí volver. Por supuesto, ha habido muchos cambios y mejoras en los años transcurridos: nuevos edificios con más habitaciones, comedores más elegantes y amplios; pero lo que no ha cambiado es la sensación de tranquilidad y el alto nivel de atención personalizada al cliente. Los propietarios y su equipo trabajan incansablemente para brindar un servicio excelente, y lo hacen con alegría y entusiasmo. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en el hotel Idi para una escapada revitalizante en un lugar hermoso y apartado, que además es un punto de partida ideal para acceder fácilmente al resto de la isla de Creta."

"La cocina es limpia, bien equipada y hay mucho espacio en todo el albergue. Me disfruté especialmente de la piscina. En general, recomendo muy a este lugar. La única cosa que he perdido fue un poco más de atmósfera social, pero todavía está en el principio de la temporada."

"Matala es una pequeña ciudad maravillosa, lejos de las multitudes de los mejores lugares conocidos en Creta. El hotel Matala Bay es bienvenido, con un personal amigable. El hotel es muy limpio y las habitaciones son eficientes. Su hotel de 3 estrellas, pero ha sido recientemente modernizado. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad. Muchas opciones de pan, cereales, carne fría, quesos y pasteles. El hotel cuenta con una magnífica colección de gatos y gatos, que reciben muchos tratamientos de los clientes y son una gran fuente de diversión para los niños (y los niños grandes, 😀) La zona de piscina y los jardines son bien mantenidos y muy relajados. "We stayed at this property in Matala from 2 to 10 September, in room 19 (2 adults and 1 child). The hotel is very simple, in an excellent position to go to both the beach and the centre of Matala, and there is a very pleasant swimming pool. Our room was spacious and nice with a basic and repetitive breakfast. We had an unpleasant experience, as we had deposited our documents and cash in the safety deposit box (lockable), from which unfortunately €600 was stolen, €350 from my wallet and €250 from my husband's. We have been going on holiday to Crete in this area for years, for the first time in this hotel that we did not know, but nothing like this had ever happened to us. We returned very disappointed and bitter, €600 is not a trifle...."

"The property was lovely; our room had A/C and a mini-fridge with a freezer, and the balcony had a drying rack with clothespins. The bathroom had a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer, too! Haroula is the best: friendly, always happy, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She's our new good friend, and so are the people in all the stores, bars, and restaurants. We will be staying with her again. Kalamaki is heaven on earth! It was the BEST vacation we've ever had; it was beautiful, charming, and fun. I highly, highly recommend Galaxias Studios and give it a 5-star rating! ***** !"
