"The front door was very dirty. You had to open it up, not automatic. This is very hard to do when you have a cart. When we were given the keys, the sleeve was so used. The room was decent. Breakfast was just basic. No laundry machines. The only thing good I can say is the water pressure was out of this world! Glad I only stayed 1 night."

"Booked a room close to work due to the snow storm that hit 1/24/26. I work 20 mins away from my home so I felt this hotel was a good location only being 1 mile from work. The first night a cock roach was found and reported to the front desk with little to no regard and no follow up information. The second night, after working a 16 hour shift and receiving about 12” of snow, we arrived to the hotel to find that we couldn’t even park in the parking lot. It had not been plowed or even shoveled for guests to walk. I had to park my car at the gas station next door and walk through mountains of snow just to get to the front desk. However, we approached the desk and asked if they would be having a plow service come to clear out the parking lot. The lady stated she was unable to reach any company to come remove the snow. I asked for a refund due to not being able to park where I had paid and she was unable to do so without contacting the manager which she refused to do at 10pm. She then stated a plow company would be there at midnight. We decided to stay since we were exhausted from the shift. The next morning we looked to see if the parking lot had been plowed since we had many things to carry out. It had not been touched. It was an awful experience! I would highly recommend going somewhere else!!! This was no way to run a business and satisfy guests!"
