"Beautiful, modern luxury hotel in a great location. Very quiet and perfect for a romantic, relaxing stay. Wonderful, friendly & helpful staff. They go out of their way for guests. Shout out to Dahlea and Fabriano -you are the best! Lovely spa with reasonable prices. We utilized all the services. Great breakfast. Only drawback, Hotel charges guests 35 Euros/pp just to use the lovely spa facilities. A bit high for guests! Overall, a great stay for couples, even for families."

"We were in this farm/resort and found ourselves very good. The hotel is very clean, the warm and comfortable rooms, and you have a familiar atmosphere that makes you feel really at home. One of the most beautiful things is the presence of many animals, all treated and loved: alpaca, strings, pavs, rabbits, various rare breeds of chickens and chickens, mini pigs, Thai pig, horse, hill. "We stayed last night in this hotel located on the Fabriano ring road, a stone's throw from the historic center. The hotel is very comfortable, with spacious rooms and an equally large bathroom (although not with window). The beds are comfortable and the television is many inches. The wifi throughout the property is very fast. But the strong point of the hotel is the breakfast, or rather, Mrs. Francesca who serves it. Mrs. Francesca is a real institution, who speaks with passion and affection about the hotel where she has worked all her life and represents the historical memory of the city; is able to answer any curiosity about Fabriano. At breakfast there is an incredible assortment of cakes that arrive fresh from a pastry shop in Foligno. Never, not even in the most luxurious hotels, had I seen such an array of sweets at breakfast."

"Nice location, modern clean rooms. breakfast quite poor. 1 to service cause we discover they host party with dj and so on. if that happens when you stay forget about sleeping till late st night . hence 1 to service, an hotel where you cannot sleep is not an hotel. had dinner and was fair in quality snd price."

"Hoteles en una ubicación estratégica, a pocos km de la entrada de las autopistas y a sólo 10 minutos en coche de Fabriano. He estado trabajando unas pocas noches, y no tengo nada que señalar, de hecho ... La habitación que me ha sido asignada muy bonita, amplia, perfumada y limpia con una hermosa mesa para trabajar en el PC ( wifi top). Desayuno de bufete con un poco de todo, personal amable y cuidadoso. La zona también está disponible de restaurantes cerca de pocos km, recomendado por el propietario. Calidad muy buena precio!!!"
