"Very poor experience. We have used Ace Hotels in France several times whilst travelling. This one was not very clean, 1 pillow each, had to ask for more which sent the receptionist on a hunt around the hotel to obtain more. This is situated within a very busy rest area of the motorway to Marseilles and yet there is no car park security to ensure your vehicles are secure. The bathroom was very small, the shower was very difficult to get in and out of, no hand rails to hold. The towel rail within the shower area was hanging off the wall. The security light which is obviously in the car parking area was constantly coming on during the night, which gave rise to the possibility that someone was lurking around the vehicles. The bed was not up to the standard of other Ace hotels we have stayed in. Got the feeling it had been another brand of hotel, taken over and just superficially refurbished. Very poor experience and one we will not repeat."

"It's a shame that this house is located on this domain. The domain is a shelter and many houses are occupied by refugees or people who do not have money to live in a normal home. We were robbed and our car had to be towed to Belgium. I live in Maasmechele"

"La habitación del ático tenía un servicio pésimo; prácticamente no había nadie. Llegué sobre las 6 de la tarde y la recepción ya estaba cerrada. Por suerte, un amigo me acompañó y me ayudó a contactar con el hotel para recuperar la llave de la taquilla. Además, el wifi era totalmente inutilizable. Si no hablas francés, te recomiendo que no te alojes aquí. Solo me quedé porque no encontré ningún otro hotel."
