An ok hotel very near the train station. They were very short staffed just 2 staff running reception and the restaurant, also very strangely the staff told us not to have their baby cot as poor quality. Appreciate the honesty but would recommend this is sorted

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and fresh. The location is perfect If you are travelling by train and there is a car park opposite if you are in a car or on a motorbike. I've not had an evening meal, but the cooked breakfast is fantastic. Beds are fantastic leading to a very restful sleep...as always.

Came to visit daughter at university and see the city and Christmas market. The hotel was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Storm Bert was also visiting at the time , but we didn’t hear a thing at night. The staff are really helpful and welcoming. Gabby in particular was very attentive.

I was coming into Exeter too late to get a connecting train to Barnstaple so needed a bed for the night. Premier Inn is literally just across the car park from Exeter St. David's so it was very convenient and a reasonable price. So happy I stayed here. I had a lovely comfortable bed which is exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Great modern bathroom, lots of lights (love the purple ones) and the handsoap smells so good I want to get some for myself! Room was quiet, I slept well and long with no disturbances. Staff were friendly on check in and check out. I would love to have stayed longer.

Very clean, modern and fresh hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Brilliant location for visiting Exeter and nice and quiet at night. Room was very clean and had all the facilities I required. Also great to have a restaurant and bar on site although I ate out with friends which was pre-planned. Room cost was also very very good value. Perfect!!

I've stayed in few of these hotels over the years and they have been ok but that wasn't the case at this establishment. The food was excellent and the room spotless and the staff were very helpful and polite. I was looked after in the evenings at the restaurant by Gabby and Cassie who I have to say are a credit to your business. The were politeness personified, very helpful and worked tremendously hard to ensure the guests were looked after comprehensively. Thank you for a great stay...

One of the best situated Premier Inns if arriving by train which adds so much to your trip and your ability to relax sooner. Also a very comfortable room with a table and chairs to sit at. Very welcoming staff but to be able to arrive at your accommodation so soon after stepping off the train was brilliant!

Fantastic two night stay! Across the road from the train station! Hotel and our room was spotless! Lovey meal on the first night after a busy day! Great nights sleep! Two jolly ladies ( red hair and blonde) who are great at their customer service during our stay! Loved the little Halloween touches in the bar area as we were on a half term break! Thank you all!
