Отель расположен напротив большой городской больницы. Жаль, что в стоимость, которая не маленькая, не входит завтрак. Не понравилась сауна - был ужасный запах канализации и отсутствовала бутилированная вода. Унитаз в номере был с налетом в сливе. Из вентиляции просачивался запах сигарет, при том, что этаж был для некурящих.
В остальном номера чистые и уютные.

Совсем новый отель! Есть бесплатная подземная парковка. Хороший завтрак с обслуживанием. Для транзитных гостей идеальный вариант!
Из минусов-не настроен доводчик на двери в номер, и они очень громко хлопают.

Das Hotel ist allgemein in Ordnung , das Essen war ok , das Personal ist freundlich , die Preise im Hotel waren auch normal .
Ich kann es aufjedenfall weiter empfohlen .
Ich würde für die Stadtfahrten kein Uber empfehlen, normale Taxis sind günstiger .
Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen.

DO NOT book this hotel through *******. They have some serious miscommunications between each other. I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, ******* promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered to give me $200 in one key credit which I still haven’t received yet. Not a real refund. Sadly this overshadowed our whole stay and this review.

Hotel was almost brand new condition!
I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****

Ramada By Wyndham Erzurum otelindeki konaklamamız son derece keyifliydi. Otelin temizliği, personelin güleryüzlülüğü ve konforlu odaları sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ayrıca otelin merkezi konumu da gezilecek yerlere kolay erişim sağladı. Restoranlarının lezzetli yemekleri ve geniş kahvaltı seçenekleri de tatilimizi daha da özel kıldı. Ramada By Wyndham Erzurum oteli, Erzurum'u keşfetmek isteyen herkese tavsiye ederim.
