When I made my reservation, I was supposed to be on the main floor. They put me up on the second floor. Thank you for the breakfast, but the food was not that good eggs are dry and sausage taste terrible. Had pancakes and orange juice.

Always a comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. This is where I always stay when in Emmetsburg Iowa.

Called the motel after seeing offers on line, to see if I could get a better deal because we were getting 6 rooms and was told no they couldn't accept the do better than what was offered. Went back on line and the motel removed those advertised rooms. Wound up paying over $40 a night more than the online price. That's underhanded.

The hotel was nice and quiet and clean. The breakfast was above average. Only real complaint might be that the drain in the shower was slow. Also, why the heck don't they put more grab bars in the showers? It would certainly make life easier as one gets older.

There was a used soap on the rail of the shower and a razor cover in the drain of the shower as well as some paper on the floor. No new soap. One toilet paper was empty. Only one wash cloth. They came and cleaned the bathroom apologizing. Otherwise ok stay.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk staff. The tub had a very slow drain which made it slippery. The breakfast was not great.

Very clean. We really enjoyed the clean pool. Breakfast was better than the standard. Only complaint was the pillows were too soft.
We would stay here again, great value for the price.
