Super 8 by Wyndham El Paso IL

The stay went well except that one of the side entry doors did not work with the key card. I reported to the front desk, she gave me a new card, but that didn't work either. The room was in decent shape and clean.

This motel was listed as four stars. It's OK but not that great. The bed was comfortable and the location was clean. But, they failed to put soap or shampoo in the room and the breakfast was spartan even for a "continental breakfast". I never could get the internet to work on two different devices. It's an older but well kept lower middle range motel. Fine for me with my crew on work but not where I'd stay if traveling with my wife.

Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Was budget friendly. Breakfast consisted of cereal or waffles and orange juice and coffee. Good enough.

If you need the staff good luck there was never anyone at the front desk after waiting they acted like we interrupted them. And i hope you enjoy cold showers. Do not do their breakfast it was limited alright and disgusting

Nothing for breakfast unless you wanted cereal. No fresh fruit, muffins…etc. no waffles… the waffle machine was broken. Coffee wasn’t hot just warm

Smallest soap. No glasses or cups in room. See through and raggedy towels. No guests and would not let me check in early. I can no longer rely on ******* quality ratings.

We found a used Crack pipe in our room the morning after we woke up. Told the customer service person as we checked out and he said he would have a conversation with the cleaning crew. That's it! Nothing else? We would never stay here again and would only recommend the place if you are also a Crack smoker.

I guess ok for the money but frig was dirty and no cups--I went down to the breakfast area to get some to use in our room. I couldn't figure out how to connect to the Wifi but the front desk man was very helpful.

I did not get the room I booked on Priceline. My room smelled like mold, the A/C made so much noise it woke me up every time it came on. The room had one towel and no toiletries like soap or shampoo. I arrived at 1:30am and the cleaning crew opened my door at 9:am without knocking even though checkout was 11:00am. I called the front desk and nobody answered. The coffee in the breakfast room was cold and nobody was around anywhere in the hotel but the cleaning crew.. (1 woman). The outside door in the hallway was propped open with a block of wood so anyone could have accessed the hallway without passing by the unattended front desk. No security which doesn’t bother me but it could bother someone with children. My room door safety latch was not working. Also the room door had a glass peep hole with no cover which allowed anyone to look in the room and see to hallway with the sink. I covered the peep hole with toilet paper for privacy.
