We had a really nice stay here. Clean and comfortable room, lovely staff and great breakfast. The road can be a bit loud but the noise dies down eventually. We stayed at a few places in El Nido and this was definitely the nicest while still being reasonably priced.

Overall, the property was worth the price. Bed was comfy and the AC was great. You got a free delicious breakfast each morning. The staff always tried to assist where they could and overall we enjoyed our stay! As for the cons, the wifi is a little spotty at times, there were a number of ants within the building and the room (though we weren’t bothered by this), it is something to consider. Our toilet was broken in the sense that it was leaking, though they tried to fix it during our stay, but still no luck. Again, we liked our stay though it could get noisy at times, we would come again!

Shocking conditions. The pictures say it all. The rooms are never cleaned properly. Enough said.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location just outside the busiest part of the town, about 10min walk to restaurants and island hopping tours. Overall quite clean considering local standards. Towels, sheets and pillows were new and clean, but mattresses seemed really old and had even mold dots, so they’d need renewing. Quite many ants walking around the room. AC worked well. Shower was ok, but some issues with electricity as in our room fuse kept popping when taking a hot shower, which caused the water heater to turn off every time. But all in all place was pretty good and we could stay there again. :)

Really nice hotel. We came two days earlier and could reschedule our stay within minutes. We’ve booked a boat trip and the van transfer at the hotel. Super nice and really good employees that put the customer on the first place. I really liked the size of the bed! I think it’s 180 x 200 cm. As big as at home!

Property is simple and clean.

First things first, all credit to Swiftlets, the room in which we stayed was exactly what was expected, simple, clean and adequately appointed, good value for the price and located walking distance from the centre of town. Unfortunately however, the hotel is currently having work done and it is difficult to describe the overall building as anything other than a building site. There is no sign of the outside area overlooking the cliffs, worth noting that some of the pictures showing tables and chairs are actually outside the room but on the inside of the building. Significant parts of the building (including a large number of the bedrooms) were at the time of visiting totally *****ped back to concrete, materials are lying around everywhere and the noise associated with the work was significant from about 8am onwards. Our reservations about the accommodation are probably a point in time issue however we felt that it was important for prospective visitors to be aware of the current issues.

Gran hotel por su precio. A poca distancia del centro y del muelle de El Nido en una zona tranquila. Personal amable muy atento, ayudó con todas las preguntas, con la compra de excursiones. Los desayunos son deliciosos, cerca de las habitaciones en cada piso hay algo así como una terraza, hay mesas, allí se sirve el desayuno, los desayunos se piden con anticipación. Acantilados al otro lado de la carretera, muy bonitos. Frente al hotel hay una lavandería con precios asequibles, un mini mercado de frutas, tiendas de comestibles. No hay playa para nadar a poca distancia, no se puede nadar en Korong korong: piedras, botes, algas, la más cercana más o menos aceptable (arena gruesa) Los cabaños (en la foto), se tarda unos 10 minutos en llegar en triciclo / ciclomotor, hay restaurantes, bares, tiendas.

The hotel is in still being built. One part is ready and the other is not, this means a lot of noise from the construction itself and the road. Service was nice.
