El hotel está perfectamente ubicado en el centro de El Nido, cerca de restaurantes y bares. La piscina y el restaurante en la azotea son excelentes y deliciosa comida. Nuestra habitación estaba ubicada en el primer piso y no nos gustó, porque estaba al lado de la sala de mantenimiento, por lo que había demasiado ruido todo el día, además nuestra ventana estaba al lado del pasillo de esta sala de mantenimiento y se ve horrible, muy oscura. Además, el aire acondicionado de la habitación suena muy fuerte, por lo que no fue nada agradable dormir. Personal realmente amable

Very well located close to thd main thoroughfares of El Nido but far enough to feel quiet and relaxing. Spectacular view of El Nido terrain at the rooftop restaurant/pool. "Comfortable Chic" is how I would describe it. Right next door to Friendz, if you can t stand your teenagers to close. They can have their own little vacation from you even if you're together. I just wished the wi-fi was a bit stronger, but hey - I came to El Nido to get my face off the phone. The staff was really accommodating in all aspects of our trips - from shuttle services to bike rentals to restaurant suggestions. They also had the Ferry service office at the mezzanine, so our ferry ride to Coron was ticketed on the spot. I would stay in this hotel again, fo sure.

Отель уже немного потрепан, номер был не очень чистый, кондиционер дул прямо на кровать, очень холодно, без него невозможно Бассейн тоже грязноват, далеко до пляжей

Сервис хороший( еда очень вкусная и разнообразная) но номер не прям идеальный за свои деньги.

El Nido to okropne, wyjątkowo paskudne miasteczko, taki też jest hotel Cuna. Pokoje wielkości łóżka z oknem wielkości walizki, odstręczający zapach wilgoci i kocich odchodów. Ale sprawiedliwie muszę oddać, że miła obsługa robi co w jej mocy, by z tej obskurnej nory uczynić znośne miejsce do spania. Chwała jej za to!

Excelente ubicación, justo cerca de toda la acción pero no ruidosa. Las habitaciones eran espaciosas, limpias y cómodas. La piscina al aire libre tiene vistas al océano. Cuando llegamos, tuvimos un problema con la puerta de nuestro apartamento que no cerraba. El personal fue amable y muy rápido para organizar una nueva habitación para nosotros. Muy recomendable

Muy acogedor y confortable. Es moderno y está bien cuidado, el personal es amable y profesional. La piscina y la terraza también son preciosas con vistas al centro, a las montañas y al mar. El hotel es ideal para una estancia en la zona, tiene una ubicación conveniente, tienes todo cerca y el nido no es grande, pero aún así está cerca para hacer excursiones y es céntrico con una buena selección de restaurantes.

La ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado de la zona principal con todas las tiendas y bares. El personal es muy amable y servicial, y pueden organizar el transporte a la terminal de autobuses o al aeropuerto. Agua gratis en recepción. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias, y las duchas tienen agua caliente y cuentan con todas las comodidades. El Wi-Fi no funciona bien en las habitaciones. La comida en la azotea es muy buena. La piscina también es una buena adición. Valor general por el dinero. Creo que este hotel debería ser mucho más barato de lo que es, pero es agradable.

El hotel nos pareció bien, pero probablemente no me alojaría allí de nuevo. El desayuno nos pareció un poco escaso, cada día servían algo diferente, así que al final no quedó casi nada salvo fruta, remolacha, una tortilla sin ingredientes y copos de maíz con leche. La terraza de la azotea es muy bonita, pero la piscina es un poco más pequeña de lo que prometen las fotos. En general, las imágenes prometen más de lo que realmente se obtiene. Desafortunadamente, nuestra habitación estaba muy húmeda, por lo que teníamos dos (!!) deshumidificadores funcionando día y noche, que teníamos que vaciar nosotros mismos constantemente. La primera habitación que nos ofrecieron estaba muy podrida y el hotel obviamente tuvo un problema con eso. La ubicación es buena, justo en la ciudad.

We stayed in Cuna hotel for 6 nights. The rooms are a bit dated however you got there everything you need and the bed is really comfortable. The massive plus of this hotel is the terrace/bar /restaurant with overlooking El nido harbour. The best view you can possibly get over here. All staff members are very helpful and kind. Well done Cuna hotel ,can’t wait to visit you soon again.

The hotel is in a great location and looks very clean from the outside but actually has a bit of an ant problem and the staff are very unhelpful. There is a nice bar/restaurant on the roof which is a great spot to chill out, as well as the pool which is a decent size.

Ok - let’s start with the positives. The location is superb - just off the Main Street where you can book tours, multiple cash points and supermarkets and restaurants open all day and almost all night. Also - the rooftop views are amazing over the main El Nido bay. The rooftop swimming pool is also great and whilst small - nice and warm and again with stunning views. Drinks and food are well priced but I’d recommend walking into town for more variety. So now comes the downsides. The hotel is definitely not a 4 * on anyone’s rating system. The staff are ok but seem very inexperienced and become quickly flustered and their tone at times was terse. This was across almost all the staff we encountered in our 4 night stay except for the female security guards. Our room - on the 3rd floor was not clean. We actually found the underwear of a previously occupant under the bathroom counter screwed up. There was mould around the taps, the shower was very limited in its power. Some of the brickwork and tiling also looked unfinished and very rough to the touch (sharp in fact - as if it hadn’t been finished!). We had messaged the hotel months before our stay asking for a particular bed configuration but got no reply. When we asked for this and pointed out the message and booking details - they said we could have this but would have to pay an inflated premium. The breakfast had limited options. There was a single ‘choice’ of juice daily and it if wasn’t to your taste - tough. Telling my 9 year old daughter to try iced tea for breakfast didn’t go down well with me or her. Also - a really basic urn of coffee which was quite bland. Finally - the pool was really nice and a great view - however this also felt unfinished. Sat in the water on a ledge created for this purpose - the tiling under my knees was uneven and sharp to the point that it scratched my daughter’s legs on multiple occasions. Also - there was never anyone sat to hand out towels or collect towels despite being around the corner from the restaurant and bar which always had at least 4 or 5 staff. On one day - dirty used towels piled up from the start of the day to the evening….. At what 4 * hotel does this happen???
