Les chambre sont spacieuses et confortables, au standard de la chaine, avec un niveau d'équipements parfait. J'étais dans la 414, une Junior Suite spacieuse avec une grande salle de bains, même si je ne suis pas fan des salle de bains ouvertes sur la chambre. Excellente literie et bon confort acoustique pour clore le sujet de la chambre et passer aux sujets qui fâchent...L'accueil emprunté et inefficace, arrivée tardivement avec deux collègues, l'hotel étant en sur booking, mes deux collègues ont été délogé au Sheraton, mais ont dû patienter plus de 45 minutes dans le lobby avant d'y être transférés. Puis au départ, le Sheraton a tenté de les facturer le double du tarif convenu au Marriott, et il a fallut de longs palabres pour obtenir un remboursement qui interviendra sous deux semaines. Le petit déjeuner au Marriott pourrait être un moment agréable, mais le personnel (très nombreux) est totalement désorganisé et inefficace. Le résultat est donc plus que médiocre. Bref, l'hôtel a besoin d'un management plus énergique pour remettre dans le sens de la marche une équipe qui semble à la dérive...

L’onzième bar the service is terrible especially the bald server he was rude and mean and not professional not ever coming again it was a horrible experience do not go in there

Lovely hotel to stay in , very professsional , staff , well welcomed from reveption team , it was quick and no time wasting , quality of food was great at the onzieme floor , infortunarly there was no swumming pool at the moment but for alll i recommend for best quality price hotel

I would have given this hotel 2 or 3 stars by the interim director responded well to my complaints. The hotel advertises a swimming pool but it was closed. I had booked half board which was a bad idea. The buffet was 100% Arabian food (Saudi I think for the week I was there) and I was not allowed to pay a supplement to eat at the a la carte restaurant. I think Marriott should drop this hotel or sort it out.

Dîner au 11e, est une catastrophe car la cuisine est bonne, le F/B Mgr est compréhensif... C'est frustrant car le service est vraiment mauvais et indigne de cette enseigne ! Serveurs non formés au métier et certains manquants de tact ! Des "lablabistes" travaillant au Marriott !

Je recommande le buffet de Iftar du Marriot, avec une qualité de service excellente et un personnel professionnel, le menu est varié et de qualité avec des quantités genereuses en rajoutant l'animation avec un café turk après le dîner, c'était très bien. A refaire.

Hotel was almost empty when i visited, the young lady who checked me in was nice but process was awful. I had to wait for almost 90 minutes for my suite although hotel was informed of my arrival time. Service is very poor in this hotel although most employees try to be nice. Food was awful downstairs or room service. The top floor bar was a disappointment and check out was a disaster. The suite itself was nice and accommodating but view wasn’t pleasant at all. Overall not the best Marriott I’ve been to but all the love for Tunis and its lovely people.

Do not let the good rating fool you. The hotel is currently a mess. It has no General Manager. An unexperienced guest experience supervisor, Seyma Oueslati, at Tunis Marriott Hotel is abusing the system. She harassed me, disrespected me, spied on me, and discriminated against me. She was hired by her friends (front office manager (Ahmed Battour), and Operations Manager (Aicha Hamdi) without having prior guest relations experience. Service is bad. There is a tiny swimming pool on the roof that you can not use due to cold weather. The hotel is far away from attractions and tourists’ areas. The hotel is very expensive. The restaurants do not offer Tunisian food. The quality and variety of the breakfast items are not good. You can find much better and cheaper hotels in La Marsa, Sidi Bou Said, and Lake (Lac 2) areas. After I complained to Marriott, the hotel retaliated against me. The front office manager sent me threatening messages.

A very nice hotel pretty close to the airport. They offer transportation to the airport, but it is not a free shuttle.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in transit between vacation stops. It’s a lovely hotel with good rooms, friendly staff and good restaurants. I always felt safe and it’s also close to the airport. The views aren’t much nor is it located close to anything touristy but that’s ok as it is a modern, safe hotel with excellent staff. The gym is great which for me is a big deal - I enjoy working out at the facilities and they must be clean, either good equipment and a good space. The staff all spoke English and were friendly - highly recommend if you are looking in Tunis.

Clean and modern-styled hotel, conveniently located near the airport, helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast, with lots of variety and good coffee. Additionally, the top-floor restaurant provided a satisfying dining experience.

I am writing in praise of the Marriott Tunis, Tunisia. It’s difficult to capture all the positive experiences I had on my last trip. But, I’ll do my best. I have noticed that the Marriott Tunis is run by a cohesive, clear Team. It’s clear that the entire staff is trained in the same purpose, values, strategy, and priorities. All these are evident when I experience… …The smooth and relaxing rides with Fedhi to and from airport… …Front Desk service from Aziz, Youssef, and others… …The service and smile of Basma, Adnen, Allala, Rawda, and Ranine in the restaurant… …The world-class omelettes made by Youssef… …The amazing and professional work from Aroua and Selma… …The truly unique and faithful work of Sofiene in the M Club, along with Mokhtar and his cooking skills and Marwen his trainee… All of these led by Omar their General Manager who treats me like family! I even met several trainees who are ramping up in the Marriott Tunis ways. They are all learning a system that truly works! There are others I’ve missed I’m sure. That is because every time I turn the corner at the Marriott Tunis I am met by a staff member eager and ready to help. Thank you to everyone at the Marriott Tunis. I can’t wait to be back!
