View from hotel room was amazing. Booked the deluxe room and was very satisfied with size of room and storage compartments. There was a separate fully-equipped shower/bathroom and separate toilet with bidet. Only problem is that wi-fi is very weak where we were (14th floor), unable to do some work that needed to be finished but in the communal areas in the lobby/ground floor it worked amazingly. Cleaners only speak french however they’re very nice and always restocked mini bar/bathroom whenever needed. Location isn’t very accessible, there’s only a mini grocery store (bim) about a 3 minute walk away.

This hotel is deceptive. The ground floor and lobby is quite nice but the other floors and the rooms are not. The beds were clean and comfortable, the room was decent, and the shower was nice. I did see what looked like a blood stain on the bathroom wall though. The breakfast was good and had eggs, sausage, beans, sweet and other bread and rolls, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, chicken, slices, and cheese available. It's located right on a tram line and taxis are going by so the time, yet it's a relatively quiet street. That's the good news, now for the bad. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. The rooms let in all the noise from the hallway and you can hear phones ringing etc. the elevator buttons on each floor don't always work to summon the elevator. There is no safe in the room, and I felt like we needed one. The wifi stopped working often and was quite slow at times. The tap water is not drinkable. The orange juice at the buffet breakfast tasted a bit like Tang. Although cheap, I don't know that it was worth the price.

En este hermoso apartamento y hotel, se encuentra en Roche Noir, que es parte del centro de la ciudad (Centre Ville), a pie de la estación principal de tren (Casa Voyageurs). Estaba en un apartamento de un estudio decente de tamaño, que estaba equipado con cocina. Ofreciendo una vista al puerto. Muy cómodo cama y cocina. Muy limpio, sin puntos / inmaculado en realidad cuando se trata de limpieza. The staff there are equally very friendly and professional. I've had the pleasure meeting Mohammed and Hatim, who have been looking for me. All in all a very pleasant place to stay if you're in Casa. I stayed this hotel as paid by a conference organizer. I did not pay myself and so my review might be biased. This hotel is one of the three hotels owned by the company running Companile Hotel which is located around the corner. The room I stayed is small but clean. There is a small desk and well air conditioned. What was missing to me was some coffee / tea with an electric kettle. But they were not needed this time because I was out of the room for almost all days during my 2-day stay. The shower’s water pressure and temperature could have been better but I guess some people don’t mind. The breakfast was decent and I wouldn’t mind staying again if it’s a day or two.

El servicio en este hotel es inmejorable. Todo el mundo sale de su camino para ayudarte. El propio hotel es hermoso y limpio. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel, ya que el servicio es increíble. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y el gimnasio es grande y tiene una gran variedad.

The condition of this hotel is the worst I have seen in the past 30 years! Customer service / Receptionist We came all the way from Chefchaouen and our driver couldn’t find the hotel. When we contacted the hotel, the receptionist didn’t want to give the address without my booking number from Booking.com. I explained that we booked directly, but he said he didn’t have a direct booking from us either. Finally he explained our driver where it was. Upon arrival I was asking him about the unpleasant and unwelcoming phone conversation we had and he simply said ‘you are here now”. He is clearly not fit for the job or in any other customer service role. Room 614 had a lot wear and tear and is not well maintained. Scratches all over the walls, floor pieces chipped, sliding door to the outside terrace couldn’t be locked, skirting heavily damaged, curtains not in good condition, dusty and were not able to hang properly. Worst of all was the state of the bathroom! They told us the hotel was build in 2016, but can’t believe this is true as it looks more like 1986. All was dirty and full of mold, see photos! The manager promised she would do something about the bathroom, but instead we got offered a different room which we didn’t accept. In our country we could never have a hotel open with such a bad and unhygienic circumstances!! Also the corridors, lift and restaurant area (chairs, bar & tables) were dirty. The people from the F&B department were very kind, helpful, friendly and well trained. Special thanks goes to Hamza, the guy who served the entire restaurant on his own in the evening.

Los restaurantes y bares de los pisos 27 y 28 del hotel están actualmente en proceso de renovación y no están abiertos, esto debe mencion**** en la descripción del hotel, porque creo que muchos huéspedes reservaron este hotel después de ver fotos de edificios de gran altura. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y necesitan ser actualizadas. Las principales instalaciones de servicio están en el segundo piso, y la habitación que nos dieron estaba en el piso 6. El hotel dijo que era el piso más alto para este tipo de habitación y estaba completo ese día, por lo que no había espacio disponible para intercambio. La ubicación está en el medio, y las dos torres gemelas blancas y amarillas son muy llamativas. Todo el mundo sabe que cuando se toma un taxi para ir al aeropuerto, un taxi blanco grande tiene un precio fijo de 300 dirhams, cuando se toma un taxi para ir al Mezquita junto al mar, algunos taxis rojos tienen taxímetro, por más de 30 dirhams, ir al MALL marroquí en la playa por 50 dirhams. Debido a que un día hubo un fuerte viento y una tormenta de arena, fui al MALL por mucho tiempo y sentí que debía ir o no...
Es muy conveniente tomar trenes entre las principales ciudades de Marruecos. Puede comunic**** con el agente con anticipación para comprar boletos. Puede tomar el tren con el código QR en el correo electrónico. Debe proporcionar su número de pasaporte y nombre.
