"Arrived on a Sunday key is in a safe box by the front door. Reception work 10 -2 Monday to Saturday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our studio was on the first floor , via stairs and lift, at the rear facing the village and across to the old harbour. With a decent size balcony looking out accriss to opposite apartments Large clean and comfortable. Nearly everything is provided even mop and broom. Washing up liquid, sponge, and clothes. No oven, the combination microwave has no removable shelf, so the grill section can't really be used. The bath is of a normal size, but the water heater only supplied enough hot water for half a bath, and then you wait for it to heat up to fill the bath up. Television is small and spanish channels only. No room safe. They don't tell you until you read the notice in the room about the intermittent building work between 10 and 4 at the rear of the building. We were lucky in the 2 weeks no work was done. During certain wind conditions, there is a smell of sewage from the bathroom, which they know about. BE CAREFUL WITH THE HAIR DRYER SEE PICTURES The bed has an annoying squeak when you turn over. The one thing we found is the lack of an information sheet to tell you things like towel changes, bedding changes... they hang them on the outside of your door for you to do yourself , maybe it's their interpretation of independent holidays. The pool is absolutely freezing, and the steps in and out of it are loose, which they know about. The safety Lifebouy ring is hidden out of view, with no availability of cushions for the sunloungers. There is a paid launderette on the lower floor, and the rubbish bins are also down there, but again, no one tells you unless you ask. There is no cafe yet it's signed on the wall by reception. If you need a walk-in shower, ask when you book. To sum up, yes, i would go again. It's spacious, clean, comfortable, and a few tweaks it would achieve 10 out of 10 . I mark it as 9 ... until the new apartments are built behind the block."

"Nos quedaron una semana aquí y nos encantaban. Nos ofrecimos la oportunidad de cambiar hoteles debido a la construcción, pero tan feliz que nos quedamos. No oímos ningún ruido. Hay trabajos alrededor del hotel, pero no hizo ninguna diferencia en nuestras vacaciones. El hotel es insensible, moderno y era perfecto para nosotros. Teníamos un apartamento de dos niveles con tubo en el balcón. Los niños disfrutaron de jugar y eso significaba que podíamos tener un poco de frío en el balcón mirando las estrellas cuando estaban en la cama. La piscina en el hotel es pequeña, pero la usamos algunas veces como no parecen muchas personas. La piscina en el hotel hermana es mucho más grande y no tuvimos problemas para conseguir un salón. El hotel tiene un buffet de estilo completo, pero nos gustaba. Comimos del menú de comida de snack- pizza/ hamburguesas y fritas- de nuevo saboroso y razonable en precio. Todo el personal es amigable y útil. Todo el mundo trabaja tan duro para hacer que tu vacaciones sea agradable. El hotel dispone de una amplia gama de restaurantes, pero el resort es tranquilo. Hay un supermercado, una tienda de helado y otras tiendas para navegar junto al hotel, pero dentro de 10 minutos a pie puedes estar en la zona principal. Es sólo un pequeño y tranquilo resort. Las playas cerca son arena dorada y aguas claras. Para unas vacaciones relajadas, una base para viajar a la isla era una ubicación perfecta."
