Charming little villa for 4 +1 persons with a wonderful view, completely renewed with all the modern comfort you need for your holidays (privacy, WIFI speed 6 download - 2 upload, dishwasher, washing machine, â¦). Design as an open space, enjoy the sea view from all the living rooms and from the very nice terrace where you will spend most of your time, laying on a sun bed or in the tiny pool (1,50 m cric)⦠see the pictures, they speak for themselves !Â
The villa offers 2 bedrooms with double beds of 160cm, a sofa bed of 100/160 for one kid, a complete bathroom, parking space for 1 car on the street. The beach is only 200m from the house; beach with a small restaurant where they serve paella or grilled fish at lunch. Near to the center of the neighborhood, with restaurants, bars and a little supermarket. Enjoy your holidays, enjoy the villa Itudia !
