This is our fifth visit to the Dalyan Resort Spa Hotel and it didn't disappoint. The location is perfect for us, a little out of town right by the river, comfortable and well-maintained rooms (thanks Gulcan!), beautiful gardens to relax in, and the weather was beautiful and hot. All of the staff are friendly and keen to help, and there are key staff who make this special; Ali the pool (and everything else) man never stops attending to everything to ensure our comfort. He works so hard and is very special. Savas making wonderful omelettes to complete the buffet breakfast is great. Ali the night manager is also so friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. And no hotel is complete without Jusuf the barman - mixing Mojitos and Pina Coladas to perfection. They no longer do half board, and we missed the lovely evening Turkish buffet. The new all day long A La Carte menu is ‘International’ and currently missing local ‘Turkish kitchen’ options, and only accessed via mobile phone. We were there at the start of the season and told that this will change. We are looking forward to our next visit.

I would return to this hotel so any critism is constructive. All the staff were delightful and helpful except the night manager who was rude and aggressive. The hotel is very pretty and extremely clean, right on the river with wonderful views. When we arrived we were given the wrong rooms and we complained that they were not what we booked and paid for …we had booked the newer spa area but were given a room in the older part of the hotel. The owner tried to find us our correct room but it was obvious they were very booked up. In the end they gave us a free meal in the Restaurent which was perfectly acceptable. Indeed the minute she said “ what can we do to make up for the error” she had solved our issues. The meal was also lovely. So that only leaves our arrival and on this note I really hope this pretty hotel make changes. A few feet away from the main entrance to the left looking at the hotel there is a white gate. A staff member was sitting at that gate smoking. All around that gate there is an abundance of cigarette buts which to a none smoker ( now the majority of British people) is a big turn off and pretty disgusting. I really hope the management heed this rewiev and make changes to where the staff smoke!

Dalyan Resort is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location on the river and has a wonderfully large garden with scaffolding and seating areas everywhere. It is located in a quiet place, a 10-15 minute walk from the lively center of Dalyan. The owners and staff are super friendly and nothing is too much for them. This year my big thanks go to Fulya, Ali, Arkan, Arda and Maximus. They took great care of me when I had an accident and was no longer mobile during my holiday. It was a pity that this year you could no longer book half board. I always enjoyed the buffet meals with the other guests around the pool in the evenings. But it is and remains a beautiful place.

We had one of our best holidays here . It is like finding a piece of heaven here on Earth . The gardens are immaculate. The whole environment is peaceful and relaxed . Within a few hours we had both chilled out . Breakfast was impressive. Lots of choice. We particularly enjoyed the Spanish Omelettes made to order . The whole site is piped with very relaxing music , mainly piano based sort of soft jazz but very quiet never intrusive , it just added to the very relaxed feel . The staff were always attentive and helpful. I have to make a specific comment about “ Ali “ - I don’t know his job title but he seemed a Jack of all trades . He was so friendly and happy , always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the guests were happy . He was a particularly valuable member of staff and made our holiday all the more perfect . We will be back , without a doubt .

This is a delightful, peaceful hotel with beautiful and well kept gardens and lovely swimming pools, gloriously situated on the riverside. The hotel has obviously had some money spent on it recently, freshly painted and new furniture. The food is good and very reasonably priced, breakfast is buffet style around the pool whereas, lunch and dinner are a la carte. The staff are attentive and lovely, always happy to help you with any request to ensure your stay is perfect. The spa facilities are very good. The hotel boat to the beach twice a week is an additional treat. All in all, it is a wonderfully relaxing hotel to enjoy a lovely holiday supported by great staff.

You are led to believe that Dalyan Resort Spa Hotel is different from Dalyan Resort Hotel as they have different websites, but it is all one hotel. We booked on the basis that no children under 12 would be there but this only applies to the pool on the left side of the reception area, which is the Spa side. The bar and restaurant you have to use is on the right side of the reception area which is the Resort side, where children over 3 years old are allowed. So a big part of the complex could be quite noisy at times if there are children at the hotel. Both pools have a minimum depth of 1.4 metres. I booked Dalyan and Resort Spa thinking it was a separate hotel so I was misled. Luckily only a few well behaved children were there during my stay.

This hotel was lovely and friendly , we booked it on a friends advice and were not disappointed The bedrooms were appointed well and the bed was perfect for my wife as she was at least 3 feet away from me LOL The staff were attentive and could not fault them at all The food was excellent and the breakfast in particular as they would take time out to explain some of the dishes and cakes on offer , most of the cakes were homemade and the carrot jam was unbelievable , the bar staff were excellent as were all of the staff the Spa was good and would recommend it Cannot wait to go back either this year or next year

This is a tranquil and beautiful hotel with well kept gardens in a gorgeous location. The beds were awesome and the spa facilities were lush. Try the Turkish ( haman). The rooms were comfortable and quite well appointed. We had some of the best nights sleep with the bed being so comfortable. The dawn chorus was impressive with the local bird life. The only down side to this place is the breakfast, which was sub standard. A distinct lack of fruit and the real option was eggs (fried/ omlette) via the one saucepan which caused quite lengthy queues. Fruit juice wasnt included with the breakfast ( that was chargeable to your room at 55 Turkish Lira per glass). Any coffee or tea after breakfast was also charged together with Water. This place would be off the chart if they sorted out their act. Thank heavens for the local restaurants and bars. The best kebab in Dalyan is Hamido. Simply amazing.. La boheme is a lovely restaurant with incredible views of the river and the cliff tombs. The people were so friendly and welcoming. We cant wait to return...
