Las habitaciones (estamos 6 personas en 2 suites) fueron muy elegantes y modernas y todo estaba muy limpio. Pero, los espacios públicos están obsoletos y son urgentemente renovados: suelos sucios, pasillos oscuros, un ascensor muy pequeño con aire estrecho y suelos de techo(?), asientos sucios en la sala de desayuno y, en general, equipos anticuados El área de bienestar es extraño en UG y 1. OG dividido, por lo que hay que correr constantemente, es decir, siempre en el manto de baño por encima de la escalera y por la recepción ... Los espacios de descanso son demasiado pequeños para el número de huéspedes y, sobre todo, fue extremadamente amargo. En el UG es completamente oscuro y una atmósfera de sótanos (sin ventanas). El desayuno no era especial, aunque la selección es grande: el café tiene un sabor terrible y como si las maquinarias no se habían limpiado durante mucho tiempo, la salsa había sido cortada demasiado gorda, no se habían cocido las setas, La cena (metapensione) tampoco valeba su dinero.. De las fotos de la página de inicio la realidad estaba a millas de distancia. De dónde proceden estas fotos de la comida, no podemos comprenderlo. Si hubieras querido otra carne, habrías de pagar 23 euros más por el menú de 35 € - sólo para conseguir un ojo de cuello en lugar de una cuerda. ¡En el cazador, los dos cuestan casi la misma cosa! ¡Eso es simplemente un desastre! Pero lo peor de todo fue el servicio! ¡Nunca hemos experimentado un personal tan insultado y desagradable! Se respondió a preguntas como si fueramos demasiado estúpidos para entenderlo. Se han desviado los ojos, hablado en un tono extremadamente desagradable, aceptado pedidos sólo de nuevo, etc. Y eso fue realmente lo que sucedió en TODOS los empleados. Los masajes también eran una farsa porque estaba completamente frío y sólo se cubrían después de la invitación. Con una amiga de nosotros, la dama salió hasta 15 minutos para tostar! ? Y eso es aún corona. No es una excusa. En resumen, el hotel en la página principal es mucho mejor que en realidad. Lo único que realmente era bonito fueron las habitaciones. Pero para un hotel de 4 estrellas, ”Bienestar y diseño”, es muy poco claro.
