Pésimo servicio y estado. La comida más o menos. La piscina pequeña. El baño pequeño. No tiene estacionamiento digno, super chico y encontrar el hotel fue una hazaña digna de Indiana Jones. Ni siquiera hacen la cama los sábados . Ni se les ocurra venir en el fin de semana porque el sábado está todo cerrado ni café hay.

Me aloje 3 noches , cerca del mall , de la playa , el desayuno parece un almuerzo de abundante !!! Ensaladas , muchísimas tortas , salmon , pastas ! buen hotel , cómodo. El personal es muy amable.la habitación normal. Cerca de las casas de cambio , bancos , terminal ómnibus

It's an ok hotel. Not very good, not bad. Terrible smell, they have a perfume machine spraying out an allergy inducing smell all over. Breakfast is good. Service is good, although room cleaning was below par. I would stay there again if I went to Eilat.

The hotel itself is decent enough and in a good area and all the major areas of Eilat are accessible, with shops and restaurants well within walking distance of the hotel. The room was decent and fairly sized and all the in room amenities were good. The breakfast was also nice with a wide variety and well presented. Where did the hotel fall short. When our room was serviced the beside were not made the duvets were just thrown out over the maters not at all remade. The main thing and it’s simple to fix , the staff were rude , disinterested and barely smiled. I would say they scowled more then anything. The front desk staff were the nicest of the lot but the lady that requested your room number for breakfast was literally so rude I was shocked. The other negative was the parking area for the hotel and the reception area outside of the hotel were filthy. Litter everywhere and no care that it’s the hotel grounds. For what you are paying I thought it was genuinely average.

Not the best experience. Poor cleaning, holes in the bedding, broken pool furniture. There were a dirty plate left on our floor by the elevator for more than two days, the stuff was just going by it. The floor was super dirty in the room

The hotel’s pool was not very clean. The water was murky and had too many guests and not enough chair lounges and umbrellas to accommodate everybody. The front desk staff was not very well informed about amenities around the hotel or optional tours in the area. They need training to deal better with non-Israeli citizens.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and were disappointed with the hotel staff! We had an expensive room with a jacuzzi, but for some reason the hotel staff did not provide us with champagne and sweets that are included in the price of this room. A trifle, but it is unpleasant that it was hidden even from us.
